i can access internet tru wifi but no internet acees when i use the browsereventhough i already configured the phone and enable it

bought it... but not yet updated to 4.0... scared that it wont work out... but its working gr8 so far on 2.3

I need help bros.....At firstt my bootloader was unlocked so i was able to root it /Later i installed custom firmware on it....it was really nice and fun..Have been switching from Cyanogen and miui...Later i wanted to put back stock rom on it and after the installation,my phone says no sim service,emergency calls only...i have tried every means to get it work by changing sims but it still gives me that same message...i have downgraded it upgdraded it but all is not working.Now my bootloader is locked and i can't get it to fastboot...i will be very glad if someone can help me out.....Am in Ghana

I am using xperia ray over 3 months, I think xperia ray is better than glaxy s2, its battery performance is very good. I can talk 3.5 hours, music play back almost 3 hours browsing by operamini almost 30 mins and get 22 hours of standby when phone off by a single charge. Its camera is outstanding. iam really satisfied with my ray. of course I have faced 2 times of hanging problem. I use gingerbread. I recommend ray.

I've just found out that htc desire s doesn't exist here,in my town so...I have to choose between xperia ray and samsung galaxy ace plus.
