I'm choos... morexperia ray has a very low voice and sometimes you can't hear the ringer and its photo light like sony said! buy the sony ericsson live with walkman! :) it has a nice display not bad at all and better performance due to hvga !

drake, 25 Aug 2012how can i upgrade my sony xperia ray (ginger bread to icecr... moreMy suggestion is, well, dont upgrade it.....seriousy, I updated my ray to ICS last month, and downgraded it to GB the next day, because my ray become laggy, cannot play video properly, cannot play game properly, and so on, the only plus is the battery life, well, not that significant though, I think.....well it's your choice though, try using pc companion to upgrade

I am having RAY for past 6 months.
If anybody jave confusion to go for RAY or NEO, go for RAY.
Main advantages are 8mp camera, good HD quality vids and RAM.
The disadv over neo is the screen size.
My suggession: Get RAY.
If you want 5mp camera, big screen, get NEO..
