I have this phone for 6 months now and I haven`t faced any problem.
If you have installed a antivirus or apps like task killer uninstall them, and see if the problem is solved.....
If not then do a factory reset.

my ray is 2.3.3 version , and it does not have 3d panorama mode in the camera.can I upgrade it into 2.3.4 ? if yes then how to do it?

Neo has continuous autofocus in video record. Ray hasn't it. What's the different?
