ip, 25 Mar 2010The best phone ever released! First 8MP Android phone ... moreto ip
Droid was the first android to have qwerty keyboard which needs more advancement in the OS other than a 8MP camera on android, meaning less factor you have mentioned

Anonymous, 25 Mar 2010Whats the difference between X10i, X10a or whatever the nam... morei or a in the phone model usually indicates that the phone operates on different frequency bands. Different carriers operate on different bands for GSM and 3G, for ex At&T works on the 900/1700 band for their GSM/3G i believe(not sure) and here in Canada Rogers/Fido work on the 850/1900 band for GSM/3G. So it is important to find out if the phone will work with your carrier before you buy. From what I have seen, I don't think any phone before the X10 has simultaneously supported so many frequency bands.
So coming back to your question I believe the i and a versions of X10 work on different frequency band sets.

Mathew, 24 Mar 2010UK: O2 network, 24month £30p/m contract - free X10. ... moreGood find in terms of information. it be nice if they release with 2.1 version however, it also states 32gb of memory. having read other reviews and sources, it comes with 8gb sd storage and 1.6 version. so they could possible mean it can have 2.1 soon and can have up to 32gb of sd storage, that's what i think =S

I agree when at another forum someone said Samsung always work fast to release their flagship then moved to another flagship models without leaving their people for after sales care, while SE has better customer care service (really??), creative team designers, but needs more capability in their production line.

The win-win solution is: SE should learn from Samsung how to work faster on the fix schedules, and Samsung could learn from SE how to keep their customers' loyalty (really??) by establishing better customer care service. And get a copy of SE designer's book from page 17 - 22. Ask SE politely, maybe they'll give it.

In my opinion, SE should have done better with the X10. Releasing it this late, it should have arrived with the latest Android OS, multi-touch, etc. The announced HTC Evo G4 announced to be released this summer blows the X10 out of the water. The X10 would have been revolutionary in December 2009 but not now. However, in the end, it is about deciding to settle for the next 12-24 months with a phone that meets ones needs. There will always be something out there with better specs and more flash. Contentment is a virtue.
