i am liking every bit of this phone,i updated mine a week ago and i have noted several changes like battery lasts long,menu arrangement is the best...i backed up my contacts in the memory card,so what i did after upgrade is just to import contacts from mem card...
I like the durability of the phone,dropped it like ten tyms and it is intact.
some more advise for battery download 'battery dr to save' and task killer and three days will elapse wit ua batt still running.Tho' yu must alwas rem dat wit android phones batt is an issue.
kudos to sonyericcson for the upgrade!

After update to 2.3 my X10 is not detecting the same memory card of 8gb which i was using before in this same phone..while as i used other 4 gb card ..its working !!!! any solution pls ??

yeah..today my phone is saying that update is available through pc.. i am going to update it today.. and for all guys who are worried about backup..there is a software called MyPhoneExplorer available in the market ..it will create backup file of everything..SMSs, contatcs and even your applications..

good day all gingerbread is nice but i am of the opinion that the x10 has real issues my software keep freezing and crashing i must do a complet reinstall and it would work for a day or two and crash and freez again any idea people some people have serious battery issue while other experiance hardware failue some again no problem hmmmm
