I'm glad SE didn't waste any space or money on forward facing camera on the X10.

It's a feature for kids to play with. Useless for a phone intended for adults.

There are plenty of phones with video calling out there already. Most of them are available in pink... THAT'S LIKE SOOOOO AWESOME!!!!!

              X10 lines up :

              SE X10 (high end)

SE X10 mini + mini Pro (mid end)

              N X10 (basic)

while htc desire can support up to 16m colours se x10 can only support up to 65k colours and this is a very bad weakness. As I heared it is upgradable to 256k colours and it isnt as good as 16m colours so I think the best se that can save se from bankruptcy is vivaz.

Man if you are looking for a multimedia device, trust me you are in the right section :D

The X10 is one of the strongest Multimedia devices if not the best one.

Yet another glowing review of the X10:

                      http://www.pcworld.idg.com.au/review/mobile_phones/sony-ericsson/xperia_x10/337111

"Firstly, the physical design of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 is certainly refreshing. With every touch-screen smartphone starting to resemble the iPhone in terms of looks, Sony Ericsson’s choice of glossy white plastic and curved back and edges gives the X10 a unique look and feel. It feels comfortable to hold and well constructed despite the plastic casing.

Although our demo model was still a preproduction version, the software couldn't be accused of lacking speed. We found it swift to open and close applications, smooth to swipe through menus and responsive to finger presses and gestures. The entire UI looks clean and feels polished — we think it's an improvement over Google’s own Nexus One smartphone."

you guys are talking about copying the letter "X" *lol*.

nokia already has a X4, X6, and X8 and X10 are in line.

do you really think anybody at nokia cares about the X10 of sony.
do you really think any customer would buy a nokia X10, becaus he read the cool reviews of the sony X10 ? *lol*

i was ready to buy this phone, but the lack of video calls is holding me back, together with the fatty (13mm) size.
it is a little too expensive for a phone with drawbacks.

This really makes someone angry! I mean why do Nokia want to make this confusion for people? Don't they have any confidence in their selves! They are really acting like children. Big brands like Nokia and SE should have respect for each other, but instead look what Nokia is doing! And it did this prior to the realese date of the X10.

                                      To Ramin

Android supports Video calling, but still no manufacturer has made an android phone with video calling, I use a droid but I have found its motorolas failure not to put a video calling , and I accept as a Motorola fan, but Ramin why are putting all the weakness of X10 on behalf of Android OS, X10 has failed putting video calling on X10 as well, don't put it on Android, Ramins habit is always to defend x10, coz ur a blind for SE,its ok , but don't mislead others in this forum to market X10, soon verizon will release an android phone with video calling!! just wait and see,Don't come up with your own set of lies to defend X10, if if you have a self satisfaction thinking like that , just keep it with you. coz you are not an expert
