NoMi, 19 Jan 2010@ Ramin... How to upgrade x10 and then watch videos on 16m ... moreyes i can explain how x10 will upgrade to android 2.0 and 2.1
like htc hero that was released with android 1.5 and then upgrade to android 2
all android phones can upgrade to newer version easily
but because x10 has SE UI,SE should work on the UI
and the hardware can show 16m color
please search in google about x10 OS and screen

Motorola have no money to make adv. That's why they send their reps here to promote their products. Those reps don't know they won't be paid.

watch this, see how the x10 UI works, it is not smooth, it does not respond very slow, or some times it does not respond at all. or lags, even the middle part of icons some times disappears too, is this 1GHz snapdraggon + SE android IU can do? its really a shame

That sleek and stylish design is just really AWESOME! While the Nexus, IMO, looks really ugly! Especially with that hideous BROWN color! Gross.. And the need of trackball is just a MAJOR turndown...

That's a LOT of complaints! HAHA! Clearly the new OS is full of bugs! I'm not surprised why its not selling that well at all. SE uses 1.6 which is way more stable! They even customized it and they added some features. Upgrading to 2.1 would still be just a minor update. I mean you can even install Google Nav on 1.6! Plus the MAJOR plus of X10 is the larger screen, 8MP camera, and of course the AWESOME flashy user interface. You really get the best out of the processor. While the Nexus uses the same boring basic android UI. And have you seen it's camera... LAME!
And for the AMOLED screen, here's what one reviewer says:
"The difference is, but to its notice, one must look at the screens simultaneously. In real terms the difference is not noticeable, palpable." Also one review of X10's screen says that it had very good contrast and has excellent sunlight legibility! So it's so much better.

Ericsson presents 3D maps on the Xperia X10
Ericsson Labs has introduced a new API, called 3D Landscape. Along with it, they have also posted a short video demonstration, which really managed to get us excited about the new technology and its possible application in the future. In short, 3D Landscape is like Google Maps, but in full 3D! All the buildings and objects on the satellite map are in 3D, which actually looks very cool. And it runs pretty smooth too, judging by what we see on the video, where 3D Landscape is demoed on a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, although the developer says that the software is also available for Java environment. For now, the SDK libraries released by Ericsson Labs include 3D maps for Stockholm, but more are on the way. It would be too cool to see such technology used in a GPS navigation app, but we guess all is in the hands of devs now.
