sunny, 08 Jan 2010you are absolutely right lol!!!! 65k-8mp there is no matchi... more16m and 65k colors are the same thing actally. The only difference is that the 16m has no trouble with gradients while the 65k has. But it's nothing 'cause the phone doesn't even have gradient styles on it. Even GSMArena says the screen is brilliant. It has good contrast, very nice picture quality and excellent sunlight legibility. Check out the 2nd preview and you'll see.

Hi there Pieter.. Thanks for the info about the newer version of the X10 thats due to come out in March.. I have been dying to get my hands on this phone ever since I laid my eyes on it.. So do u have any idea if the phone will be released in the Asian market in March as well? Android 2.1 and 16M colours makes a big difference compared to the original..

Came accross with a friend with a big mouth and no head; can somebody be kind enough to explain what is Sat-Nav? Does it cost for any when using the feature? Sorry -still have a lot to learn...

I'm from Holland, we have received the news that you can buy the Sony Xperia X10 in March 2010 with 16m screen colors and with Android 2.1. I have now the Satio with Symbian it really sucks, but after this great news this will be my new phone.

abraham, 08 Jan 2010i dont thin that screen resolution are 65k thats wrong spectyou are absolutely right lol!!!! 65k-8mp there is no matching!!!! i think 16m colors suits to 8mp!!!! what is the cost u xpect!!!!

If SE come out with X10 late in the market and no support for upgrading to andriod 2.0 and above then it's goodbye to sony ericsson~!!!!

I am kinda split between this and htc passion(google nexus one).
i just read it on the internet that google phone has n draft wifi and fm radio/transmitter.
no transmitter in x10 which is not a deal breaker for me :)
what i want to know is that if i buy this phone would i be able to update it to android 2.1 and i dont care about the mediascape
if yes this phone has only three buttons on the front pannel would that be a problem ?
its either missing a home button or menu button. back and dialler are there..
help?
