There's no best mobile phone in the world. No phone is perfect. But there could be a better one among others, if you're just judging it from its pros side. When you like or support a phone or a brand and trying to convince people that you have had the best choice of yours, you would never talk about the disadvantage things it has, perhaps after you use it you will see whether it fulfilled your expectation or not. Not everybody needs multitouch. It's just a gimmick, it's okay if a touchscreen phone doesn't have it. Just ignore this comment, I was just testing my keypads.

i think this phone deserve the respect from all the se fans and it is true its not necessary to compare diamond with piece of glass.x10 is diamond while other are glass so no need to compare.plz if you dont love this phone plz dont write comments which change the attitude to other company in totally disrespectful manner.se is forever and ever i still like my old phones like k310 k510 w810 k800 p1i w350 w595.and i am sad that there is no phone like p1i now as they discontinued uiq3.and i know now i can change my p1i with x10.

Well, those things happen , the best thing is to report them to GSMARENA and they will delete the post, I think its just a waste of time in replying to posts from such people.Even I was really shocked when I saw GK's comment.
I just went to see the Milestone, the situation is worse, I saw two people fighting in the forum, one guy uses a Milestone the other one wants to get one but he is using AT&T
(with AT&T Milestone is not offered as far as I know) , So the fight was arguing about Verizon vs AT&T, there was no mention about milestone
I read the whole things as it gave me lot of humor and made me laugh, No need to watch Americas Funniest Home Videos!!! Well thats there attitude. We cannot change it. Don't worry those stupid ideas will never let SE customers turn away from X10.
Well friend good luck with your stuff,I think this phone is coming to AT&T very soon. If you are in US you'll have one soon,if other you'll have to wait about 2 months, and it is worth waiting for a great phone like this!! enjoy it, have a great time!!

I do not believe what I saw in previous posts. Several company like Samsung, LG, Motorola using other OS and nothing more right than do it too, after all if you do not have the power to create has to have the courage to copy. The X10 is surely higher than the Iphone. What the iPhone has!? He may have been the best for a long time, but now does not exceed the existing ones. Now Apple, surely is the company that best bag of technology in the world, and with the iphone invented another way to make mobile.

What you said is true. But the problem is that when some people compare the iphone to other phones which are better than the iphone. Ok I'll admit that the iphone is a nice and cool phone, which has it's unique features. However, since the iphone lacks essential features that other smart phones have. I really don't like when the iphone users keeps bashing other products, it's just a bad thing. Thanks for your polite words anyway.

hey don't bash Apple iphone, it is a phone designed to a set of specific people,some one is not interested in those regular features, expecting more different things.even with less features it a a big seller, I saw GK's comment it looks rather stupid , As a iphone lover i don't accept it, Genuine iphone lovers never do that.
Mr.SE just ignore him and continue!! iphone is a great phone for me, X10 is in a different range, yes it has some better features.
what I want to say is Genuine Apple consumers never bash other brand.

SE engineers are working on the UI
maybe you should wait 2 or 3 month after release day of x10 to upgrade it

y do ppl always compare to the iphone?
its not a good phone. the only thing keeping it alive is the apple sticker for fanboys and the large amount of apps for the slightly more educated consumers.
if apple fanboys wna compare iphone they shud compare it to nokia 7710. released in 2004 it had a greater resolution than iphone and the same screen size (so more dpi/ppi and more crisp images), that cud record video b4 iphone, that had a more useful bluetooth, it had memory card slots, it had the same battery life for talk time, but its battery was user replaceable. so basically by comparing to iphone 3gs ur comparing to a phone which had some worse specs than a phone released in 2004 and now is discontinued bcos its specs werent good enuf.

All the features you have mentioned are regular features comes most of the brands, They are comman to all, if you take a samsung they had 12Mp cams before SE had!!!
features like Accelerometer sensor multi touch are creative innovations. they are unique, thats why SE has decided to add multitouch to their best phone X10 with Android 2.0. because every one knows that was a revolutionring invention by Apple, thats it!! without multi touch x10 is going to loose market and even useless
SO THATS A ONE DREAM ALMOST POWERFUL ENOUGH TO OVERCOME MANY DREAMS ha ha ha
If apple didn't innovate that SE would still lag with old features!!! !12MP cams,
even without no auto rotate.
SE is becoming NON SE, Se have turned to Android don't have their own SE, for their best phone they have given up microSD,
