When the 2.3 update is avilable for india? i feel like left out just becouse we are in india.. where as actually india is the biggest market for smartphones..

yeah, i was wery excited with this phone, only thing wich bother me is sound when listening music without phones, sound is so poore any updates on matket about improving sound????????????????????????????

I am flipping pissed off! Sent my phone for an update. Great, it super fast and looks better, software wise and Graphics but the one crappy thing about this idiotic update is that, before it used to charge from my pc via usb cable however now that its back, it doesnt anymore!!! How retarded is that??
Instead of making i more convinient they made my experience worst!! Now I gotta carry the damn charger unit and pray theres an electric socket where Im going. Not even on my Laptop does it charge!!!!!

Hey al SE X10 users. Your wait is finally going to be over. Android 2.3 update for x10 is coming next week sonyericsson confirmed on its facebook Fanpage.

"The launch of the 2.3 software for X10 is getting closer, and the planned release date is approx. w30. The date could still be changed, since the launch is depending on operators approval. The software will be rolled out continuously, just like the earlier 2.1 release. The exact launch date is depending on market and operators approval, so it will unfortunately not be possible to give precise information on launch dates for each market/operator. You will get more information once the roll out has started."

In fact, I plan to replace my X10 with Arc but I would prefer to replace my X10 with a dual-core and that's the Xperia Duo whenever it will be available on the market. I am forever SE fan (btw I am also using iPhone).

I bought this X10 about 2 weeks ago, but the power of battery is not the same that mentioned in the specification. The power of battery can stand by only 24h.

And I may add that that's my personal opinion. I've played Tap Tap 4, Plants vs Zombies and PS1 games (FPSE). It's pretty smooth, so why not give it a 10 for 2.3 update. I gave 2.1 update an 8, and the update said the phone will have boosted performance, so I just PRESUMED that score of 8 will, of course, increase.

hey nick have u ever seen s2 closely ,its cheap plastic looks inferior to x10,so dont compare a merc with a suzuki
