Okay, now I'm done short-listed what suits you most.
First of all, you need an Omnia II for its DivX/XviD support.
Then, XPeria X10 will go on your list because its capacitive unit and 1GHz CPU.
Lastly, if you really need the best picture quality, get the DSLR or much better if use a digital one with shock and water proof. Or maybe the new Nikon touch camera which is also good cause I've experienced one.
Get a laptop too. The new Nokia's laptop is good too.

Does any one know any thing about presence of TV-out or video recording? I think it may record 854x480 @30fps, like X2 that records 800x480.

1) I will release X10 in Feb 2010 worldwide
2) To being with it will have Donut but soon there will be upgrade available for Eclair which will support Multitouch and many more functionalities.
3) I will anounce 7 more andorid phones next year, some of them mid range and some of them high end, 3 symbians and 1 WM 7.0, there will be nearly 50% more mid to low end phones some of them walkmans and some of them cybershot.
4) Few Entertainment unlimited phones
5) I will also anounce a whole new series next year which will astonish the whole world and it will take everyone with great deal of excitement and enthusiasm which will ensure great deal of profitability and success.
