when SE offers the 2.0 upgrade than of course I will buy it, but Android 1.6 is a big no for the moment.
hope to see it with Android 2.0 by next year

Very nice looking and stylish phone
this sony ericsson model is now competating with Nokia NOkia X6, HTC TOUCH HD, iphone 3GS model.
if the price is reasonable than it will get market or not no care!!! i mean is the price of thi mobile is 650-690 dollar than it will get market..
hope the company will try to make the price between that range!!!

And when X10 release in March you can change Satio with it :) But if I have to choose 1 of them, I'll pick X10. For now Android 2.0 is exclusively made for Moto MILESTONE, but next year google may give the license to other brands. So X10 upgradable to 2.0

i dont thik that this phone = to iphone 3gs touch screen , i dont think it would be sensitive that smooth

actually i dont understand what do you mean with a sound recording?
but i use voice recorder from winmo feature on X1 and not from sony ericsson features. of course you never find it in SE website.

maybe it can answer your question and dont forget winmo is very flexible and has many application, there is no permanently UI for window mobile phone.
now i use HTC HD2 ROM on xperia x1, spb mobile shell and iphone UI as a panel of x1.

The biggest OS is Symbian, but this is not mean Symbian is the best OS. Symbian is an old OS, the company has more experience. ABout Google Android, it is a GOOD OS, but the company don't have such a experience like Symbian...

It's only the number on the paper as I told you so many times. The important thing for me is how sharp and bright the screen is. For example you can compare the X1 screen (65K) with N95 screen (16M). You'll be surprise. X1 screen looks more sharp and brighter. You can check it. So which one you choose? The phone with 16M colour but not amazed at all, or the phone with 65K/262K colour but it so sharp and bright? It's your choice.

It means people's interests to X10 increase 50% only a week. It looks amazing, cause fans from other brands keep hanging on X10 forum. In the meantime, SE fans never opened other brands forum. Because its useless and wasting time. Next week will see for 80%. Good job SE.

We have to wait for the certain information about the screen's color depth. They not yet finish counting the number of colors. A guy stopped his counting at 16,536 while he fell asleep. The other guy looked at his mate then went to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee, he worked late untill 2 o'clock while he stopped his counting at 65,536. It was hard, and needs more days to counting untill you get 16M.
