Wow! This one luks really awesome :) But Sony Ericsson could've put a xenon flash on this device. This would've justified the design

As well, it should have the latest version of Android or else what's the point? I want an android phone, but this one looks like it's losing steam.

What you are saying may be true and what you are asking for is also most of the peoples’ dream. I admit that but do you think this will be possible for most of the people to afford this kind of handset. What they have made is already too much for a lot of people. So be happy with it or move to something else like HTC.

I am shocked by the overall level of crudity of language and low quality of responses in this forum. GSM arena should consider vetting the comments as they are clearly not productive nor serve a purpose. Lots of profanity etc.

Get a life seriously.
This is a great phone, it's not perfect, but great. We still have some months left before it's done, so things can change. Multi-touch I agree with everyone, should be there. But HD capability's? Radio? AMOLED?
I don't need HD. If I want to listen to music I listen to my own music, not the radio. A 4-inch 262K TFT screen not good enough? For gods sake..
And am I crazy or can you just update the 1.6 OS to 2.0?
Also, you people that have no life and love to give bad comments on this phone: you realize that you are actually helping SE? They read it, and will make XPERIA X10 better. So THANK YOU FOR THAT!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970the number of colors you saw at SE website is for 16Million number but there is a writting mistake in there, there is no 16000 colors standard color for a phone but if you read SE press released at

it wrote 262k colors but dont worry about the problem, the problem will be gone coz SE will revise the spec soon.
it is very strange if you said "this is only 16000 colors"stubornly but the actual image of X10 is very beautifull, bright and clear, better than your android phone. i cant realize the X10 colors i though x10 used 16M colors :) does it mean 16000 colors as you said is equal with your 16M colors ? wow great!!!
i hope SE will increase the colors to 262k so it will be better than 16Million colors :)
x10 3D graphic is great!! the colors are beautifull

Android software will auto update. So once you take it out of the box, put your sim card in it and connect to the internet it will do an update to whatever update version is out.
