The phone looks gr8,
Just the multitouch missing(Some people still dont know how to use it on the iphone) doesnt realy mat.
People must realize that SE is still the most stable phone comp in the world. Nokia and other brands doesn't even build their own phones and contracted to other sub comp.
Make sure about all phone and makes before buying.
Id realy like to test and max out the OS and CPU.
The phone also doesn't weigh a brick. The Motorola is just toooo big for your pocket.

Arak, 04 Nov 2009many people are commenting on this phone , even though no o... moreUsing Android 1.6 is no small thing. It will be available in next year Q1, but it still uses outdated Android 1.6 which doesn't support Multi-touch. It's disappointing.

Bradley, 04 Nov 2009i think the exclusion of multitouch has to do with apple an... moreyeah but by that logic palm pre shudnt hv multitouch either. there is no excuse for this not hving multitouch. htc hero had it and that wasnt using android 2.0 either.

A stupid 16000 color (even 256k) TFT NO MULITTOUCH in an OLD AND SLOW UI !!
No HD support.... no divx support... no radio ...
You must be STUPID to talk about the CPU when the rest of hardware and software is RUBBISH !!A JOKE !!
And this company is falling apart...!!
They present a slow---early stage phone making sure the DELAY as usual... and the confuse people writing FOR 3 DAYS NOW..... DIFFERENT NUMBER OF COLORS !!
That is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Some people there should have been fired !!!
This phone could be a TOP !! But se failed!

on sony ericssons website it says:
"Touchscreen
Using a stylus or pointer, you can navigate the phone menu and input text"
by stylus, do they mean that it will be a resistive touchscreen (like all their other touchscreen phones)? this wud explain y they hvnt bothered with multitouch.

Anonymous, 04 Nov 2009I dont give a damn about screen colors but no Android 2.0 a... morehang on. u said u will get the x2 instead of x10 bcos x10 doesnt hv android 2.0 and no multitouch? i cud understand if u had said no qwerty keyboard but x2 doesnt have multitouch nor android 2.0 either. it uses a less responsive touchscreen technology which will probably never hv multitouch (resistive). this can be updated to hv multitouch in the future, i doubt x2 will ever get multitouch. and ur choosing x2 over the htc hd2? hd2 is out, has a big capacitive touchscreen with multitouch and a faster processor. there is no reason to get the x2.

im à nokia symbian smartphone user and if the phone dont have windows mobile and symbian i cant install my own applications so people just dont know how to use there pda wake up iphone is nothing compared to nokia and any windows . We use computers to use applications why arguing about touch argue to have a windows live messenger for it or a flv downloader ..:) BUT PEOPLE ARE MORE INTERESTED IN TOUCH THEN RUNNING JAVA GAMES ON THERE IPHONE

i think the exclusion of multitouch has to do with apple and the iphone. if you've realized that out of all the touch screen devices, only apple devices have them. hence why the milestones (droid) which is launching in europe has it and not verizon's version
