You bought Android to have Android apps on your phone. And most of those apps are games, you may not consider playing games but most people do. And by the way, my x10 has improved its battery life now. I guess its because of Juice Defender. And c'mon, the cam is not that superb, it maybe is on daylight, but not that good at night. But all in all, it may not be the best among its competitors, but it's still a good and reasonable phone to buy. :)

the x10 has a super camera and HD video recording reasonable battery life more since I rooted, and who plays two hours of games anyway? (no disrespect to the guy who does) and is about to get the gingerbread update so all on ll a great phone. no problems at all. and for you x10 users if you have not done so download the panoramic beta app for the x10 :)

ian, 16 Jul 2011i agree to that.. technically with continous heavy usage an... moreYeah, I have to agree that you don't have to expect much from the battery life if you're buying an android phone but let's be honest, there are a number of android phones which really drain fast. Like my xperia x8 before, from 100% battery and played games for about 2hrs and it's down to 17%. So there are really phones wherein you should also consider battery life. I have an x10 now and battery life is average, lost 20% with 2hours of gaming. Quite better but still not the most decent battery life you'd expect. Most decent battery life (in my opinion) is LG P500, my bro usually uses it all day, and still got 30% (and I've got 13% with my X10) before we sleep at night.
Goodluck on buying a new phone. :D

joenel5555, 22 May 2011those people who says that the battery of their X10 rapidly... morei agree to that.. technically with continous heavy usage and all those apps running at the same time consumes and drain the battery easily, generally in all mobile phones.. doesn't have an SE x10 yet but i'm planning to buy soon. expecting good xperiences in xperia soon, can't judge the mobile by reading blogs and forums of pro's and anti.

i really wanna buy the... moreI really have no idea with the battery life of SL. With x10, I say it's not that decent. Lost 20% with 1hr of Gaming. Processor is quite nice, haven't experienced any lags while playing or while using the phone itself.
For now, I would highly recommend SL. I just don't know after the 2.3 update. I think you should also consider Motorola Defy, quite nice too, scrathchproof and waterproof as well, and it's quite handy. :)
