YES!!!! Finally. This X10 looks wiked and I will definitely buy one. No shadow of a doubt.It's UI is the best I have seen too date and it appears very intuitive and user friendly. THe design on the phone rocks!!! Well done SE. Fantastic phone. I LOVE IT!!!

Bet this won't be ready for release until end of Q1 -2010 by which time Nokia and HTC will have new phones out. Hell, even the new Motorola Droid will be head long into sales. Sorry SE, you're on your way out!

Hi.
I think this is another situation of people expecting way to much, and it being almost impossible for SE to make something that will make you all happy. This happens often, why? Because those rumors make everybody all to exited! (iPhone 3GS: everybody was thinking a front camera, new design, blabla.. than when it was officialy announced, everybody was crying. Though after some time, people started getting that it is a great phone)
I am a BB user at the moment, have had the SE 905 or something before that. I was always pleased with SE phones, but since the 'smartphone' generation has started, SE didn't offer me anything good anymore.
Now this seems very nice, most being because of the Android OS, which seems to be great. I am not very familiar with the Android OS, can you upgrade any phone from 1.6 to 2.0? Isn't it just a software update? I thought that 2.0 would add multi-touch support?
Anyway, the android OS, the 1GHz processor, 8 MP camera, 4inch (!) capacitive touchscreen and of course the beautiful design make me want to buy this smartphone. iPhone & BB didn't have a good camera, SE didn't have smartphone like capabilities, now it's all coming together.
And at my design university one of the first thing we talked about was the bullshit with the number of colors that a phone can display. You guys think a human can see 16M colors? There is really almost no noticeable difference.. It's all just a way to earn money from stupid people!
Anyway, they still have some work to do. And I agree with the people saying they should watch out about how long they wait with the launch.. Wait too long and it could be outdated again.
Let's hope for the best.

it has 262K colors because Android1 1.6 does not support 16 m colors.....and i think final version in 2.0 will have 16 m colors...

gsmarena is right about the screen color
it has 262k color it`s gave me hope again and i must say: I still want to buy this phone strogly.

samsung JET is way better than this expensive phone!!!
can't play HD videos..or VOD!!! like divx/xvid?? hahaha..waste of money!

samsung is cheaper but it has a great quality and the specs are way better than other expensive phones..

ononymous, this phone actually got radio with RDS as stated on official Sony website, and got front facing video call camera as seen in videos,... u can't see it in this photo cause it's an old pre-rendered shot...

- Ditching this Rachael UI until it's really usable and ready, and throw android 2.0 into X10 instead !!
Don't over done your self again and make the biggest mistake yet !!
