great phone only complaint is that the earphone speaker is very quiet so unless you're using a headset id stay away from this one

I absolutely love this phone. only one hassle had so far which was easily fixed. the android 2.1 update makes it awesome and there is a 2.3 coming out sometime this year as said by sony. cant wait

CONS-virtual keyboard is difficult to work with,operating system is not latest.

this is a gr8 phone to use... awsum screen 4inchs it's jus gr8..and the timescap app is so cool that shows all updates of phones...proud to have X10
