hotspot is only available in ics+ and not available on gingerbread.

you could try installing juice defender ultimate.
it saves your batter power.

ruth, 11 Mar 2013i have a problem with my battery(xperia x10), it doesnt las... moreas far as I know, all batteries have X many charges in them, after you've charged it too many times it starts dying, same with laptop batteries. It's not a problem with your phone, the battery just needs to be replaced.

i have a problem with my battery(xperia x10), it doesnt last any longer no more not even 20 mins, i drains out immediaely after removing it from the charger. i have had it since 2010

Sony Xperia x 10 as don a great job because it help me to communicate with my friend a broad so it is a good phone.

had my fone while now' and just today the slide bar wont slide to open it' so i cant answer fone' or check txtxs' does anyone know? or is it time for new cellphone?

I don't know whats wrong with my phone, I thinks it has mind of it own, cos slid unlock works whenever it feels. sometimes I will do it once bur other times I will have to slid it two three, four five times, which to me is improper, then I will have to tap the power button over again to make sleep so I can try to unlock over again.
secondly it doesnt play Mp4 except bigger formats of video.
