Guys, nothing to say theb about nilestone 2 at US$ 375 vs X10 at US$ 600??? Shouls i buy x10 then? Im buying it today in hours, help plz.

First thing I noticed is it's a lot smoother than before. Also notice in the network that it's more stable. I'm still setting it up, I haven't have much time to play with it yet...

what improvement have you noticed in that update.
where are you from, i am from india and there is no any update was released after 2.1.

Guys, Is there a firewall that will block installed applications from accessing the net without having to root our phone? I've searched the net and came up with DroidWall & HiSurfing, both are very good apps but both required rooting the phone.

I've had this phone for the last 4 months. Best phone I ever bought. But make sure that you update it to Android 2.1 using the built-in software once you plug the phone into an internet enabled PC. It makes the phone just that much better. I hope that 2.2 comes out soon as I'd like the multi touch functionality. The phone runs fast and the screen is very responsive. My future phones will only be Android OS based. Only complaint that I have is that the speaker phone and loud speaker in general is too soft. Great phone!!

[deleted post]Buy the X10, you won't regret it. It happens to me before. I bought another smartphone and two months later, I saw the white X10 and regretted buying the other one, but luckily I got some bonus at work and bought the X10 with that money...

I've updated my X10 to the new software version issued last Dec 21, version 2.0.2.A.0.24, and it has improved the response of the network, I used to lost signal on HSDPA once in a while but now it became okey...
