When Sony updated to Gingerbread all I can say is that it was painful. Sony does not really have good support for its older products.

Worst software on Android platform. In the age of 4.0 and above, my Clerks X10i runs on version 2.1.x. My primary objective buying this model was to seek a better alternative for pop3 email access. It configured many email accounts, resulting in regular hanging, slow response time, etc. Most stupid mistake the developers did that they could not provide an option to empty the deleted items folder at one go. Now I am forced to empty the deleted emails (sometimes more than 300) by individually selecting each one of them. Wake up Sony. Its your reputation at stake.

Camera clarity is awesome and it supports hd video and games too. U can take videos in hd. Large display i am also posting my comment from this phone nly. Superb touch. Sometimes its lags because of itd runnimh now in 2.3.3 most of them told if we update it ics that and battery prob also will be solved. Battery back up is k bt not superb. Trying to update from xda. Once i update it let u know abt the features of it.

hi, i read somewhere, tat we can buy an xtra xtended replacement battery of like 1800 or 2600mah n it greatly improves the battery life. iam thinking of buying one myself but curious. is it possible?

Yes , it's a good phone , i moddified to be better , i changed the kernel , i added an custom firmware and it's a preety good phone for games too .

It's still a good phone and now it's great to see it can run Android 4.1.2 without any problems :)
After two years battery is still good, about 20 houres on heavy use (about 700 texts a day)
