i live in indonesia.
and i didn't get the 2.1 update.
well, there was an update when i connected my phone to the pc companion.
but it's just another 1.6 update.

i updated my xperia for 2.1 but after the process it was shocking that the firmware of my phone is still 1.6! OMG! I'm from the philippines......

sylvia, 02 Nov 2010great phone.. i love the thread viewing.. screen resolution... morefast operating system? since when android 1.6 or 2.1 is fast? we know from android 2.2 it makes the phone 2x or 5x faster than the previews os. x10 receive 2.1 now all of you are happy and even dare talking about x10 being fast now but you did forget words that was saying 1.6 is perfect for x10? this is the same story 2.1 make x10 outdated once again, 2.2 froyo is the os to have which is really faster and 2.3 gingerbread is around the corner also faster than 2.2 but you guys still dreaming. x10 didnot become popular because of that 1.6 and poor performance also now the resultat still the same 2.1 vs 2.2 or 2.3 very soon sorry 2.3 is the winner all is about the os than come other things. any way enjoy the newest os 2.1 at least you learn that 2.1 was far better than 1.6

How bad it is to see people anxiously waiting for 2.1 upgrade like a dog waiting for his master to give him a bone and still waiting and waiting. While other phones already has 2.2 installed or even 2.3 around the corner. What a joke! I would bet many of u dont still have 2.1 as promised. Truth hurts

i havent still got 2.1, but im thinking whether it will not create problems inmy phone. my x10 is perfect, im fearing that if this update damages??? oh
