Mr Giggles, 13 Oct 2010Thanks for your quick reply :) and the follwing info you ga... morei dont know much about HD2, but about desire, it's really great except the camera, it has more features than X10 but even after updating to 2.2 it's camera is not so good, both have good design and UI (but in my opinion X10 has better design and UI)
so if you are looking for more features like MT and other stuff that desire has it and the camera quality is not that important to you, you can go for desire, otherwise X10 is really a good choice, anything else? :)

Thanks for your quick reply :) and the follwing info you gave(answered most of my questions) I have been a smartphone user for sometime (Imate,HTC) and was looking at getting the HTC desire or the HTC HD2 and was thinking of buying one BUT saw the X10 and liked it:)but not sure if its the right way to go, and reading/trolling the forums Im more confused...In your opinion how does this phone stack up against those (I relize X10 is yet to get 2.1 and understand performance maybe down a lil with current OS)also Im NOT interested in Iphoney or galaxy (which looks like a Iphoney4 on Android)

[deleted post]A quick look at the Xperia X10, it's not my review, it's what I learned from net and owners reviews, hope it helps:
--The first thing that catches our eyes is the nice and sleek design.
--And the huge shiny scratch resistant screen! TFT capacitive touch screen at 4 inches - 854×480 pixels. Shows 65k color, we were told that it'll show 16m color after OS update because the hardware is capable of showing 16M colors and for now it’s limited by android 1.6 but it’s not clear yet (Not to mention that even with 65k colors the screen looks really good)
--Then the unique and beautiful UI! The Mediascape and Timescape (performance has got better after the latest firmware update)
--An excellent 8MP camera that is FULL featured, autofocus, LED, touch focus, image stabilization, geo-tagging, face and smile detection (it can recognize up to 5 face to save their picture between previous taken pictures from those people or under their contacts), with WVGA at 30fps video recording, and after OS update it'll be an HD recorder with continuously auto focus feature!
--3.5mm audio jack & micro USB port and 8GB memory card included, officially supports 16GB but 32GB memory has been successfully tested on it!
--384mb of RAM and the 1 GHz Snapdragon processor.
--Android 1.6!! but it's still great because of the SE custom UI (for example it can transfer files via Bluetooth unlike so many phones with 1.6!) and it'll get android 2.1 (hopefully at the end of October) plus with UXP upgrade in Q4 2010.
--And the build quality is excellent! It really feels great and comfortable in hand.
AND, of course no phone is perfect and this phone has some lacks too:
--No front camera (like some other devices with android 1.5 or 1.6) but video calling is possible by using Fring by using the main camera (it’s not cool at all IMO)
--No multi touch (SE is working for an alternative and we know that it has “1 finger zoom” feature)
--No build in radio(on the other hand it has MW600 with radio and brilliant audio quality and you can enjoy listening to music or radio, 10 meters away from your X10)
--No DivX and XviD video playback (you can download RockPlayer or YXPlayer to solve this problem)
--Battery problem (it gets better with firmware and OS updates and by some terms of use)
--Average loudness for loudspeaker (but the audio quality is excellent)
--Earpiece seems to be a little weak
--No flash confirmed for camera yet, just a photo light
--No flash support for web browser yet
Main improvements after the OS update (as far as we know):
--30% increase in battery life: Due to Android 2.1 as well as better OS task management.
--Each home screen will now display 20 app icons instead of 16. There will be 5 home screens overall instead of 3.
--Improvement in the dialer: Applies to application of text messages and e-mail that will help to simplify and streamline operations.
--New lock screen displays battery level.
--New start-up wizard: Helps configure the Xperia X10 easily when first setting up. This includes steps to import contacts, setting up Wi-Fi and Gmail account as well as synchronizing with Google sync.
--Single inbox for multiple emails (Gmail and other).
--Live wallpapers: Sony Ericsson will offer a selection of 11 live wallpapers to choose from.
--Ability to import contacts from Face book and Twitter: Profile pictures will be imported too.
--720p HD video recording with autofocus.
--HTML 5 support and Bluetooth 2.1.

So…it’s not the best in term of Specifications, but in many people’s opinion it’s the best designed Android out there with a unique and lovely UI so people still love it :)

Then i lost it.... I admit that partially is my fault and regret what happend then but don't blaim me for the mistakes of others! If things got out of hand a couple of times in the last few months only part of it it's my fault! The blame also rest on the people that made unfogiveble comments and i had no alternative but to reply them the same way! If you're closed minded and you don't understand that,it's your problem!

MotoGP, 13 Oct 2010Tell it to Roar too...... go through comments, I never c... morei know that Wireless home connectivity via DLNA is comming to X10 with the os and uxp update, it's official but i dunno about it with 1.6! perhaps it's possible by rooting the phone and using 2.1 unofficially, do you know anything about that?!

MotoGP, 13 Oct 2010Tell it to Roar too...... go through comments, I never c... morei cant help him bcoz i dont have X10 and i dunno about DNLA, i dont wanna talk about something that i'm not sure about it, and i asked Roar to give me a clear answer about DLNA, and i say again dont call people liar, correct them nicely,it's much more effective that way, do that and you'll see the result and you'll love it, if i know something is not right i'll correct it before you know :)

I beli... morei never told that X10 sells everywhere, now who's lying? and roar is not a liar, if he has said something wrong he'll correct that for sure, and dont think that i need you to describe what moto GP is doing here, i know him better than you think, shavin appears to be a good guy in real life but his actions here are really unacceptable (now ask me who is shavin!), people could make mistakes, that doesn't mean that they are liar or trying to fool people, you can tell them nicely and point them the right way. that's the difference between an honest guy and a basher who tries to take people down. i hope you get me right.
and this place is not my property! i'm just trying to help people to communicate with each other healthy, i want them to act civilized and respectfull, fight doesn't make anything right.
i didn't wanna say this here, i really like the way Moto GP talks, except the bad parts, i tried to reason with him many times but he never accept it, i talk to him nicely and he called me a Hypocrite, what more can i do instead of ignoring him?! he needs to act better than this, he should talk nicely...
anyway even now i dunno how he'll act after this, so...
