hey SE i bought xperiaX three weeks ago am really having a promblem turning on the phone with sim card on. I went back to the dealer and i was gived another phone but still the same promblem persist. i wonder what is so wrong with this make. am so dissappointed

This is a good news, because every body knows that Japan make the MOST advanced mobile phones. Toshiba is already in Europe, but those phones are NOT so awesome.

WVGA's so 2009, isn't it? SHARP has broken Android's usual 800 (or 854) x 480 mold this week with the introduction of the SHARP IS03 for Japan's KDDI au network, boasting a full 960 x 640 on its
3.5-inch screen -- matching the iPhone 4's so called retina display -- along with Advanced Super View (ASV) technology, delivering the same kind of viewing angle benefits you find in IPS. If that alone doesn't make for enough of a monster spec sheet for you, consider that the IS03 also features a 9.6 megapixel autofocus camera with image stabilization, one-seg TV tuner, and Osaifu-Keitai, which allows the phone to be used for contactless payments in subways and the like. Though you won't find it sold outside Japan, you might eventually see one outside Japan thanks to support for Global Passport CDMA, meaning the IS03 can be used in countries
that have operating CDMA networks -- the US, for example.
Unfortunately, it's running Android 2.1, but let's be honest:
the monster hardware might be enough to overcome that little oversight.
Look for this puppy to launch in three colors next month.

This would be my ideal device IF it was Flash 10.1 compatible AND 16m colour mesmorizing. I don't care for MT, let me watch Videos in Flash...I don't trust Samsung for some reason, maybe because the microwave in my kitchen is Samsung and Samsung should stick to making microwaves?

xxxmexxx, 06 Oct 2010haha..why are you fighting?..chill..lets talk about xperia ... moreits a very good device n music quality is amazing,it has an amazing camera,timescape n mediascape s very unique n gorgeous, internet browsing on the xperia x10 is an amazing feeling,about the OS it will get 2.1 eclair at end of october which will also bring hd recording.
i think its one of the best mobile phones released by SE n its amazingly fat with its 1 ghz processor

I have the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 phone and I want to connect the phone to the internet using my PC as I do not have a wifi router.
Will be possible to do that cos I desperately want to use the android market on my phone.

Is it safe to run android apps that are not listed in android market?
Is there any way to run j2me apps on x10. Heard that moto defy can run it out of box.

[deleted post]I downloaded for my PC. :P So that browser is ONLY for mobile phones, for Symbian and Android right?? Well I have no Wi-Fi, and this means that I have to pay for that. I thought that browser is not only for phones. Now I understand. I will leave the forum to proove for that Moto GP that I can leave without the X10 forum. He said that I am suffering. LOL! :))

[deleted post]Sony Ericsson should make what I mentioned once(but that was deleted) They should make in total at least 6 smart phones. 2 High end Android phone(with all the awesome features as MT, HD video recording, awesome camera, lot of CPU, Ram and so on...)
They should make a high-end Windows Phone 7 device for the Windows fans.
They should make a mid-end Symbian phone too(with similar specs as the Nokia C7)
They should make 2 mid-end Android phones as well.
