I've had this phone since Sept 2010 and thought it was a great device. Over the past few months the phone randomly shuts off (Andriod System Shutting Down), usually when I want to use my phone to either listen to music, check e-mail, browse the web or use just about any app I have installed. A second identifical handset we had experienced the same issue. After sending the first handset for 'repairs' twice and having it declared error free, the phone continued to just shutdown. So I'm giving up on this phone as I don't expect any level of support on correcting the issue. Now I'm stuck paying an upgrade fee to get a new phone. After this experience with my Xperia, I will stay far away from any Sony Ericsson hardware!

curious, 06 Jul 2012i dont not understand this phone,im not connected to wi-fi ... moresometimes the phone can pick up wireless networks by it's self without you having to connect to it

eric dizo, 04 Jul 2012my x10 lost internet almost a week now im not connected to ... moreHard reset it,it wil gain internet again. Go to privacy settings and click factory data reset. Have atleast,50 percent battery and run the reset. It wil b as gud as new.

i dont not understand this phone,im not connected to wi-fi and i dont have credit. how am i still on internet and all. am i paying for this?

It is a smartphone, the camera works better than most phones there isn't many phones with a 8.1 MP camera, it works amazing i've had this phone since January 2011, the only problem I have now is the battery, but this is because I have different chargers through out the year, so the battery is pretty wasted by now, buying a new battery no need for a new phone.

its 1 year i have dis phone ..although its good ...but lights turn on again and again ..which consumes battery lot

Above it says., LED FLASH..,
but I disagree with that completely..,
the led next to the camera DOES NOT FLASH AT ALL..,
It will just be switched on from the camera's setting menue,
and the LED Light will simply stay on like a torch until it is switched off from that same menue.
