Canadianman20, 13 Aug 2010Apple doesnt give full support, instead they seem to want t... moreYup Same is the reason why I bought myself X10 , I had k790i which had issues with its joystick and even when the warranty got over, SE replaced it for me knowing that it was an ongoing issue :) that's like knowing how to keep it's customer.
I have motorola phone Moto Ming A1600 which is dead now and motorola didn't do anything about it even though it was under the warranty...and it worked for a month n then it was back to it having the same issue. :(
Apple,SE continuously releases OS/fixes, Moto did not atleast for my handset.

Sony never does that. If they release it, they support it. And they support it for as long as they can. The proof I have for that is from different divisions. Sony will still support PS2 units even though they are over 10 years old. Sony still have support for old Wega TV units, my old Sony K790a still gets updates to fix problems and it is over 4 years old. When you buy the X10, you get the best Android package you can get, while knowing that Sony wont forget you when the next phone comes out. Thats why I buy Sony.

i am glad that i bought this phone. after wasting whole lot of money on so many glitchy blackberrys, this phone is just awesome and to be honest this is the best phone i have ever owned. waiting for the update and it will be even better

But I read it in the forum that big improvement in battery life came with the software update, which is R2BA026...

I don t know if x11 is real or not, and if those are good new for the actual x10 users. is good to have a high end se phone like x10. Unlike samsung they launch 15 phones at month, exemple galaxy in six months i dont know if it gonna have Support. Even if it is good.
