jean, 07 Aug 2010hai people. i have the x10 but the batery life is shit. wha... moreAbout the battery life, there's a lot of tips and tricks to extend your battery life, just go to www.xperiax10.net and you'll see a forum there with huge topic on extending your battery life. The other one is, you should update your firmware to the latest release which is R2BA026. Battery life improves a lot on this new firmware. Hope this helps...

I am returning my Galaxy S 16Gb. It is very good in general but the GPS is terrible, terrible. I need a working GPS, not a useless one. Pity, what a pity... no alternatives since android does not support external bluetooth gps units.
Do something Samsung! Maybe a recall is ne-eded!

im getting battery drain coz internet on my phone is always on along with push email activated..i just changed my service provider which has better coverage where my office is located will see how this goes now :) and let you know...and there is no wifi bug with R2BA026..

I have notice this, and the shiny screen too, im going to use today wifi to see if bug is for real, i read that ravz has battery drain just when mine has improved when delete some widgets but now im goint to see cause my battery last 2 days with heavy use before lets see now. and advise for you i read that you get caught in discutions with bashers and samsung moto fans, dont be so intense,you write very good things frm this phone even I know that you are very young guy. so keep the good talking and keep it real and honest..

Sorry jack x10 actually i typed in name.
There was a wifi bug rumor around. I also didnt know about. But wheni checked out it was as usual. Ravz posted that there was battery drainup fast.
ACTUALLY my x10 didnt suffered from wifi problem. And yes, Timescape and Mediascape gets a new look. (Mediascape a .bit new looking i think!)
The tiles get a new shiny animation. Also in videos, auto fit option is enabled. More than, the Mobile becomes fast than before.
For me.., the best was increasure in in call volume. The best part!
This is my new Xperience :-P

According to what I have read in the xperiax10.net forum, this update was mostly performance enhancement update, so you might not notice much in regards to the functionality. Actually, I was not able to test the older version because the very first thing I did when I got my phone was update it to the latest firmware...

new nk , 07 Aug 2010Where were u all day? :-Pwell my friends new nk, phoenix, ravz,canadian man, mobilemaster,roar,etc, i decide to upgrade to r2ba026 i notice that there,s a new backup and restore icon, and the screen is shiny overall , there a glide shine too in the mediascape, on video photo and music icon, i read there,s an advise to the x10 users to no upgrade to this software cause has some bugs, IS THIS TRUE_? cause its done now.. can somebody tell me the main diferences in this new sofware cause i use to have the very first r1ba001 and never had a single problem with this sftwre. the screen looks better now
