This will tell you exactly what you need for your country. By the look of it, in Jamaica, you need X10a, because you are using the North American version of 3G network. But make sure you're provider is supporting that. Like for example in USA, T-Mobile uses X10i, and AT&T uses X10a, as well as Roger in Canada...

I am using Gmail (of course) to my X10. When I try to add my Yahoo! email it doesn't accept it. Any apps needed to add additional email account? Thanks for any help. BTW I updated my X10 to the latest firmware yesterday via OTA and it's getting better and better.

As infomred by Ronnie I had did a Software update as my battrey was draining very fast, however Ronnie infomrd me to update it to R2BA026 but it is updated to R2BA023 , but when I updated the software from my handset by going to Setting - About phone - Software update. I didnot loose any data in my phone, all the games & application that I had installed from the market, is it normal.
