Bradley, 02 Aug 2010so both are nice... oh well, I guess not gonna switch anymo... moreMine comes with a screen protector, but I remove it because it starts peeling off due to my carelessness.
Mine did not come with a case as well, but on other posting I saw on Ebay, they have a leather case, some even comes with Audio/video cable, but I guess it's market dependent...

Does the X10 have TrackID which is common to many SE phones (it's not listed as one of the X10 features)? If no, is there at least an existing Android app which can do it?
Is there an FM radio app for Android, and is it something the X10 can support?

By the way, I used SE PC Companion, when I did the update not the SE Software Updater. Hope this helps...

I do have an Iphone 3GS in my house and I don't miss the multi-touch on my X10...X10 is getting 720p HD video recording...you can watch the sample on youtube if you like, along with pinch zoom.., with 3D contact list view, DLNA ...etc ..about 1.6? X10 is already getting updated to 2.1 in a month or two...but anyway list me 10-20 advantages that 2.2 offers over 2.1?
Talking about latest OS to be running on a phone is not suitable for everyone,when one knows that 2.2 is still buggy and not stable ...
3.0 release is still rumoured and even if it does get released this year , its not even sure they are going to have it on smartphones ...or they will have it exclusively for tablet PC's....
I don't go by whats being rumoured ..coz 90% of it never makes it to reality.
Well Motorola/Samsung might make great phones but wish they could improve the standard of servicing in my country...its really poor...and that counts when I buy a product ...customer service is what makes the difference...what's the use of buying a phone for which i won't get any support from the manufacturers ...SE may not be the best in other countries but here in India I like what they offer :)

When im trying to update through WI-FI , i got a message that an update is avialible but needed to connect to the pc . When i do this ill get a message that i have the latest software . Anyone knows why ? Thanks

So, why is Froyo 2.2 better than Eclair 2.1, and Donut 1.6? Please tell us your opinion. Benchmark? Hehe Benchmark doesn't count on real world application. It's a synthetic test, and you know that. Maybe it's a 1,ooo milliseconds faster, but does that matter too much? I don't think so. Will you notice a milliseconds lag?
You asked me, why I'm here. I am here, because I have this phone, and was reading the review here before I even think of buying this phone. I am here, because I want to share my experience, and opinion with this phone. Because I have this phone for one week now, and when I was still thinking of buying it, I was reading all the comments here, both good and bad. In short, I know what I am getting when I bought it. I am here to help those who have a real question about the phone. I am not like you, that you come here because you like to draw attention to your beloved Motorola Droid X. Am I right?

But knowledge is good. You can read a lot and learn about android in general. Then you like sony ericsson go for it.

[deleted post]It is for free. No need to pay anything. Just see were is x10 in the benchmark compare to all the devices that have 1Ghz. Then you will find out which device you are using. In fact I don't need money but help you to open you eyes but you can't because you are to fan
