3rd is S... moreunfortunatly i have to disagree with you, it's these kind of comments that couses trouble here.
we better think this way that every brand has it's own advantages.
it's pretty abvious that SE is not the most advanced for creating touchscreens, everyone knows that iphone touchscreens are unbeatable until now, htc was way ahead of SE making windows mobiles, and motorola is ahead of SE in term of the features. and iphone has the largest appstore ever.
so it comes to personal tastes and feellings
go for whatever suits you :)

You like Motorola and HTC right? HTC is an awesome company they have advanced Android phones than SE. The question is why SE can't make such Android phones HTC can? The answer: SE is new in the Android section, and HTC isn't!!! HTC has many Android phones, so they have more experience than SE! SE has only ONE high-end Android smart phone, HTC has more, so they have more experience than SE. But wait, because SE will announce the X10 successor probably in September. That phone will run on the version 2.1, and will have Multi touch too, and other stunning features!
About Motorola, they have many Android phones too. SE is late, but they will make surprises, you will see.
About the 2 GHZ CPU Motorola smart phone, don't be sure that they can make the first 2 GHZ CPU phone. HTC is more advanced, and even they can't make such a phone.

Sadly on google pipeline coming Gingerbread 3.0 and this one even show is face on a nexus 1 check http://phandroid.com/2010/07/26/android-3-0-test-build-already-running-in-the-wild/ xes 3.0 coming in the near futur for sure Moto has planned an 10 inch android tablet in november running 3.0 check here http://phandroid.com/2010/07/26/motorola-planning-10-inch-android-tablet-running-gingerbread-for-november/ anywax X10 will receive 2.1 while the droid familly (droid1, droid incredible and droid x will receive froyo 2.2 next week check here http://phandroid.com/2010/07/26/verizons-high-end-android-phones-to-receive-froyo-august-6th/ in fact X10 doesn't have long life in december htc, samsung, moto will release the 2Ghz phones with android 3.0.

does it have lock option for touchscreen? i haven't seen a button. I'm expecting it tomorrow... :)
