Ravz, 19 Jul 2010X10 is not laggy at all and also its amazing when it comes ... moreexactly ravz x10 its not laggy and never hangs... and i know every person has different needs in a phone, for example´,, i dont know why xperia x1 has 8.5 ratings and i sold it last week cause i doesnt like features and screen size etc, and x10 has gsmarena 7.8 wich is insane cause i will give 8.9 rating cause i like it alot, maybe nokia samsung htc fanboys giving bad rates.
well i need to know why something are missing in x10 when i turn on wifi it doesnt appear the wifi icon on main screen and nwtworks detected,voice recorder,autoblock screen let the user choose not when turn off just when autolock.i feel there are missing menus. what do you think????

divyateja, 19 Jul 2010it tooooooo cost and does not support 3g Costly yes, because this phone is not for everybody. And the looks alone will attest to it, it does not look cheap. And by the way, there are two version of 3G it support. X10i for international market and X10a for North American market...

Bradley, 19 Jul 2010hmmm I'm looking for a non-laggy one but with better camera... moreX10 is not laggy at all and also its amazing when it comes to taking pics...also you can mute the click sound just in case u don't want it lol..although I like the click sound of the camera. But yes it has a weak light ..but idle under normal scenario ...one never uses video camera under pitch dark conditions.
btw just want to clear some facts about xenon and LED flash...Xenon consumes loads of battery although you might be able to take a good pic at night but then again it depends upon ur skills.With Xenon flash you cannot take videos under dark condition or under low light condition. That's why Manufactures are moving towards LED Light.
Bradley there is no perfect phone ..You will get the same number of issues with other brands as well but it depends upon your interest if you could compromise on something and get the things you need the most in a phone. hope that helps :)

new nk , 19 Jul 2010After usage of over four months, my opinion about xperia x1... moreThe max I have drained my phone was being continuous online for 12-13 hrs and with 1hr talk time and in this display time was about 7-8 hrs.
and i still had 15% remaining..and that 15% was further reduced after being online a lil to 5% but it remained there for pretty long time and didn't shutdown.

Just read the review here in GSM Arena, read the specs, it does not even support video calling unless you use a third party application like Fring. I think what you are referring to, was the proximity sensor for auto turn off. It's just not too visible in the black version...

THE BATTERY EFFICIENCY HAS INCREASED. TODAY i used 6 hrs of internet, 3hrs of calling and still 35 % left. Then i am charging it now. This is FANTASTIC.

TO MENTION;: after update of xperia x10 u may get 16M color
