All right, these are not my words, although I wish I would say something like this (If I have this beauty) but to share good things about X10 that Chippy of www.umpcportal.com said.
"Most blogs tend to ignore it in favor of the Desire but I have to say that while the Desire is a better all-round phone, I’m still using and enjoying the X10 a lot more than I might have predicted a month ago. Last week I finally swapped my main SIM-card into the X10 and I’m no longer using it as a data-only device. The X10 has become my main phone and I feel confident enough to recommend it to anyone that either 1) wants a fantastic daylight camera 2) wants one of the biggest and best screens on an Android device (Galaxy S appears to be the leader now though) or 3) Can’t find an HTC Desire.
The turning point came when I was in Taiwan for Computex a few weeks ago. The X10 really really helped a lot with PIM, email, maps and even finding friends through the Google Latitude application. Email, contacts and calendar sync was better than I’ve ever experienced before (I’m a pure Google apps user) and the screen came into its own with maps; there’s no doubt about that."

i really dont care about outdating this phone. x10 with android 2.1 and hd video + 8mp sony camera will be king of androids!

not sure if they bring out the change with 2.1 coz of the privacy reason.

So u have already done the update and the option remains to close the shutter sound correct?
I think the 2.1 will take this option way, if it does, sadly no 2.1 update for me.

Just spoke to our SE rep, he says new firmware will be released soon on South Africa.. woot woot :D?
and OMG have u seen the x10 mini ... its so cute.. i was like O.o when i saw it.. i want one... just so i can have both :D
Btw can the rest of u nokia, moto, etc bashers get lost, tbh most SE ppl are happy with 1.6, its customised.. unlike ur default OS.. atleast SE take time and improve the UI for their customers, even thou they take abit longer.

SE 2010, 02 Jul 2010 We are still not sure about this, however, in time it sho... moreWhat cool staffs with android 2.1 the best performant is with froyo. it is 2x or x5 faster than android 2.1. plus froyo himself bring good staffs like a path to install in a micro sd so who staff sony will bring? if not to update ui timescape.

We are still not sure about this, however, in time it should get it.
But what we know for sure is that it's going to get 2.1 after a month or 2 and also se will add a lot of cool and unique customizations.

I always ask my self Ravz, why is it that we se fans never visit samsung or moto forums to try to show them how bad their products are?
Is it because we really believe we are superior and we have enough confidence in what we already have hmmm, is it because with se products we don't have this feeling of being insecure and degraded by others, the way that samsung and moto fans feel all the time :)

Is that the monkey doesn't like the fact that the X10 has a weak flash, while the best handset samsung ever produced and which is considered their flagship doesn't even have a flash at all! This means no taking pictures + recording video at night time at all!!! What a nice joke from samsung :)

[deleted post]In what kind of world are you living in? The lack of a flash is a thing you can live with. There is no point in repeting all the things missing on the xperia compared with the galaxy!!! Samsung at this moment produces better and up to date phones! Realise that sony is outclassed and outgunned by both samsung and htc! The specs of the phones speak for themselves!!! Understand already that is not in the top of mobile phones world!!!
