Samsung lens are bad because they don't reveal the true colors of pictures. I hate this, also I found that samsung's flashes ruins the pictures! Specially in macro mode, everything will be a mess.
This is my experience and I wanted to share it with my friends that's all. I didn't mean to offend anyone trust me. I'm not like these guys that only live to disturb others and spread hatred because they have no life! But I have a life and I'm proud of it :)

[deleted post]Yes I do admit that the omnia II is better, for god sakes it must be! It's an amoled technology compared to a tft. The thing is that the gap between the amoled of samsung and tft from sony just shocked me! The gap was small and in some pictures they were identical.
If you compare the omnia II to nokias and iphones screens you will see a huge difference. But Sony is really sony!! I love sony because they simply do a great job with their screens, cameras, brilliant and pure sound, hardware.
What I'm saying is that sometimes se are not ahead in tech or software, however, they do the best with what they have now! Do you understand what I'm trying to say here? I mean htc have amoled screens now but when I compared it to the x10's screen, I promise you that the x10 was much better!!
Sony have the best tft screens in the market, and when sony releases amoled technology, mark my words again!
Samsung will be history.

The Sony Ericsson screen resolution is limited because of the 1.6 OS. IT is capable of higher specs...

Sony displays are not as Samsungs!! they are unmatched!
When the time Sony releases AMOLED !! For sure there will be another better technology for sure.
on the other hand X10 display is very poor in displaying gradients. don't say silly things pal.
65K it is worse!!! cannot compare with an 16M,

I've been using i8910 for about 9 months now. There's no doubt, it's a good phone. BUT completely outdated software, by NO MEANS it's latest. Better go for Xperia X10 or Samsung Galaxy S. But check out in your country on earphone and loudspeaker volumes of both the phones. Other than that X10 and Galaxy S are much better options. Dont even think about buying i8910.

Hey guys just some quick questions:
does this support 32gb microsd's? (i know it says so on the specs page, but when the review came out it only said it supported up to 16gb)
and, if it does, can anyone who actually owns the phone and uses a 32gb card with it tell me whether there is a noticeable slow down when you fill up the card?
any help would be much appreciated

Open the camera> advanced settings> shutter sound.
But my question is, will this option remain after the update? Because most phones have the click sound, including every new nokia. So is it possible that they might add the sound for privacy reasons.

depends what you are looking in the phone.
satio has good camera but small screen.
so, you have to be specific why you need the phone :)

Some might call it hipocrite. What other phones from other brands did you have? Looks like you discovered your admiration for sony pretty recently. Do you change aligiances every year or so? Maybe you were nokia 2008 and samsung 2009 and htc2011 will fallow!!!

What a coincidence i also have omnia 2 but playing in the vodafone shop with the xperia i could see clearly the difference. Nobody but you could say that the screens are equal. The wave and especially the galaxy have no seriout holes (don't make me laught with the flash). Samsung and htc clearly produce better phones and samsung are ahead of sony in selles numbers and ultimatly profit. Realise once and for all you and the others that sony is not the best brand !!!

All this fuss about samsung screen is nothing! Maybe samsung screens beat nokia's and htc, but when it comes to sony, our TFT screens are just perfect! And when the time comes and se releases amoled screens, mark my words ok!
Samsung will be history :)
