[deleted post]the same issue with my SE W760i. it is also under warranty.
the flex part of my device was not responding and the screen is totally blackout.
so they changed the whole part and now it works fine.
that was my experience with SE

i get pissed hearin the x10 after i waited almost 6months..gt the phone eventualy at a cost of 82k nigerian currency..issues involved very low ear piece volume, 1.6 wasnt d issue no java runner.. ul hv to wait almst 6months for an update it sucks..i culdnt manage a phone dat xpensive ...it comes wif quick tym player preinstalled and some videos dont work,u dont gt play in fullscreen like satio...d only advange is jst the screen and the processor...andriod os is not different from apples os and i hate it...babys kinda software...i jst hope dey fix d bugs in the update..cuz i sold mine lost huge and for satio am a huge fun of SE bt x10 wats to spoil tins....men i was obsessed about dis phone...user friendly esspecially usin facebook or twitter den ebuddy is the best on andriod tight IM...if dey fix d bugs ill go bck bt den am stucked wif satio...

It's a pleasure do you see you, where have you been?? I have been so angry because of this moto guy, man he never stops!!
He has no respect at all and keeps bashing and bashing and bashing this phone. And the problem is that his excuses are so weak and vulnerable! He is defending a company that is already kicked out of the list and is losing profits can you even believe this!!
The problem is that we keep telling him if you don't like the phone why are you here? But he is just so low and have no respect for anyone here.
The X10 is ok and it seems it's getting an update soon. Also, there have been some talking whether it will be upgraded to 2.1 or 2.2 and SE should clarify this soon.
The X2 is just brilliant man, amazing hardware + software. I am very pleased and satisfied with it honestly :)

[deleted post]Ok for all the moto fans here in this forum...i will tell u a reason why i switched to SE...i bought moto ming a1600 after reading lots of reviews here on gsm.
so after using for 4-5 months ...the touch screen goes dead..went to service center they said its a software issue ..wiped out all my data(couldn't even back it being a touch screen)...then they say sorry its not a software issue its a hardware issue....so they replaced the screen for me ...again the same thing happened probably 2 days before the warranty was gonna expire..they replaced the screen ...now just over a month later after the warranty expired...the screen is dead ...now tell me how would u feel being a moto fan?
now compare this with SE....i had k790i...it had loads of issue with joystick not working, probably k790i user might be able to tell u the story ...and just before the warranty was gonna expire the joystick stopped responding...SE replaced it for me acknowledging that it was faulty..after 3 months again it went bad...and i forgot my warranty for the same had expired ...SE said its out of warranty ..but said since u had the same issue ..they do provide 3 months warranty from the time the issue was first reported just in case if ur regular warranty expires.. and whichever lasts longer...so instead of replacing the part ..they replaced the whole set for me ...now the point is not me getting a new handset...its that SE cares about the customer and don't wanna lose them...where as moto is just the opposite...and btw try listening music or clickin a pic from moto...u would never buy it again...

[deleted post]i do agree with u.....really SE knows how to customize their UI..as i have said earlier even with 1.6 it doesn't even feel for a sec dat u r using 1.6os only cuz SE have customized the UI to such great extent...u r talking abt motorolla?? i think even htc lacks the feature called ''EYE-CANDY''its black nd white boring...at least SE have the blue UI which feels nd looks awesome....when 2.1 or later os releases in X10 it will just blow the hell out of people's mind!!Just imagine if 1.6 looks so gorgeous now in X10...what will 2.1 or 2.1 look like den???

helper you are the best i did it your way with a usb cable from a samsung mobile with my pc and it seems 2hours now thatyour way works.because before your way the battery would show now 97%.i want to ask you something for saving battery is better to use timescape for home screen or it has no point to do this.your nokia charger is the same that use nokian97?

xperia x10 five months from now/ htc evo4:
mediascape×cape,better camera,hd rec(coming soon)/ slightly bigger screen, multitouch
..AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, IT IS A BEAUTY OF A PHONE.
