The X10 will support then 16 Million colors, you know how many people bashed SE because of the limited colors. The X10 also will get HD video recording too. And please understand, that SE is very new in the Android section, Samsung started in 2008, but SE only in late 2009, so please think about this too. I am sure that the new Android phone from SE will be much better than the current one.

What are talking about ? it is upgradeable, yes, but it is very lately done, due to the heavy customized UI by SE. others have less customized,but they are up to date with 2.0.2.1 or 2.2,. when this is updated to 2.1, others will go to 3.0...etc what I am telling is smartphone needs a an up to date OS, not "to be"one.
it is worth of smart phone than being late for few animations

I know that the X10 comes with the version 1.6, but it is UPGRADEABLE to the version 2.1, so what is the problem? Many people complaining about Multi touch, SE find an alternative about it. You can use one finger. About the screen, Samsung beat SE with their new technology, this is clear, and every SE fan will admit this. The Galaxy S lack a LED flash 4 example, and I use this feature.

NOt some fancy animations to look at!!
you say ugly,it is not ugly,its average looking phone built quality better. you should accept it,

... moreBut Samsung phones are ugly, this is their problem, the Galaxy S is NOT cooler than the X10, I hope do you agree with me. The Galaxy S 4 example has better functions, but was announced this year in Spring, the X10 was announced in November. The successor of the X10 will bring better specs than the Galaxy S.
If we talk about design quality, I admit that some SE phones are made with cheaper materials, but this no meaning those are very weak.

I have read alot about Galaxy and the comparison BWT x10 and Galaxy, and this pushed me to take a look at its page and what I found:
1.) galaxy has advantage with its AMOLED capacitive screen.
2.) X10 has advantage with its 8MP camera
3.) Galaxy has a video calling camera, but you see that most android phones do not have it.
4.) regarding the OS, it is clear that galaxy is newer than x10 where it is not released yet, so there is no comparison in that specially that x10 will have update soon.
These are the major differences, but let us take a look at the design itself, it is clear that x10 looks very sexy with creative design, and now compare galaxy with OMNIA and what you will find? the same design, the same cheap plastic, maybe bigger size, believe me, your friends will never recognize your new Galaxy, they will always see your old OMNIA phone.
if I am in your position then I will not replace my OMNIA with Galaxy.
Companies like Samsung do not pay for R&D, they either make little changes to the specs and release with the same design or make a little changes to the design and release with the same specs. the same that Nokia does.
they only want to dominate the market with the quantity not quality and the creativity.

i read and read. it just a shame. x10 user are confuse. samsung guys, moto guys. i post often here against x10. yes i do why? simple you guys started at that time x10 was not release yet. but droid was in the market. moto sell for the 2 first weeks droid with success 250 000 devices. jelous was some sony ericsson users, they came to moto forum and started bashing droid by comparing it to the unrelease x10. why you face in this forum was what happen to moto droid forum in q4 2010. i will say shame on you because droid success still better than x10 s one. in 2 weeks droid sell 250 000 in usa. x10 in 3 weeks sell 120 000 what a shame. you must blame yourself. you guys started to bash droid. do not complain. phoenix try to bring paix between us. one rude se user wanted to show is madness a rejected phoenix. i like phoenix and i so sorry that he leave. think before you reply.

And the back of the phone is really scratch resistant. Don't know what you were doing with the phone if you are talking about X10.

NO Super amoled screen, NO amoled screen, NO 16m screen resolution, NO Multi Touch, NO bluetooth 3.0, NO full flash support, NO full Java support, NO 720p video and playing, NO true camera flash, NO WiFi BGN, NO reasonable price, NO built in radio, NO music equalizer, NO secondary/video call camera, NO pinch and double tap zooming, NO smart dialing, NO full web support for web browsing, NO 2/8 gig internal memory.
