[deleted post]x10 and milestone are androids phone. first thing is the os because is android phone. so the x10 is outdate already with old android 1.6 and milestone go ahead with 2.2 and will not stop now it will get also 3.0 all is about android os. okay?

if you call this "larger", then yes you are right:)
I don't hink that this minor difference is really significant, and as I explained below I dond't think that it's big.
And believe me in 3-5 more years HTC HD2 or Toshiba TG01 won't be considered as large as well :)

So if 3 years ago you could say that iPhone was big - you can't really say this now, as this wouldn't be true now:)
maybe 3 years ago, but not now.
It's not big. Now.
look at all good touchscreen phones, they are all of very similar size - and this is not any longer understood as "big".
Moreover, as long as I can use a phone with my one hand I couldn't call it big anyway:)
And bear in mind that all touchscreens are supposed to use with 2 hands:)

Well, first time post, and from what I can see youve got a few tools on here, and I would recommend not listening to them. I have always owned Sony Ericsson phones up until the iPhone hit Canada, and like many I was suckered in. What a mistake that was. Well after almost 2 years with the iPhone, I can say it is great to be back to a quality phone. My choice came down to the Xperia X10 and the Milestone here in Canada, and after playing with both, and the quality record of SE, I bought the X10, and what a great choice. Phone is fast and touchscreen is awesome, screen colours are gorgeous and it takes amazing pictures. The UI is what makes this phone even better. Its easy to use, and fun, which when your using a phone, you need it to be fun as well. The battery takes a few charges to get to being really awesome, so that is something to do, 2-3 drain and charge then you get awesome battery life. The true fun came after my friend got a Milestone, and we decided to test them out side by side. First was a speed test where the SE got around 8 MB average after 10 tests and his Milestone did 4 MB after 10 test, the UI is faster and more responsive on the X10, and he almost didnt give me the phone back. He has since traded in the Motocrap for the X10 and loves it just as much as I do. I would take a stable OS over the latest. If the Milestone can do 2.2, then the X10 certainly can, and I would rather wait till its done right, then get it rushed. This phone is an easy choice, and one you wont regret.

this what i think about the x10...i used before the iphone 3gs and it was i must say not that bad,not that i am a fan of it.so i wanted this x10 and sold my iphone for it.to make it here schorter i'm really pissed about myself bcause WTF a phone is this????really!!charging every day!!hangs every at less 1 time!!!i used this (sorry SE fans) for 6 days and sold again!!!!never for me again!!!because the losses i make to buy and selling!!i buyed myself the bb9700 bold and hell yeah i like it!!the only thing of the x10 is the lovely desing...sadly enough all the rest about it is piece of crap!!

I just hope the firmware update should fix the following:
- LED Flash (not flashing but steadily lighted)
- NO click sound when using the camera
- Typing on virtual QWERTY keyboard need screen calibration
- Locking the phone automatically after talking to incoming calls
- Loudness is a bit low although very clear
- Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak (my iPhone is so strong to pick up signal)
Up to now, I have not encountered any hang or freeze that amazes me a lot since I bought my X10 a month ago. I really, really enjoyed using my X10 day and night. TIMESCAPE UI is so beautiful, I really love this UI because I sm into social networking. All your communication with that person is in one place, no opening of multiple application.

I bought my XPERIA X10 here in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) through AXIOM. Is it true that X10 bought in the Middle East is NOT MMS-enabled as well as NOT possible to use Internet using SIM Card (Mobily or STC networks)? I would appreciate any help speciaaly those living in the Middle East using X10.

bee, 24 May 2010will this hp turn laggy after using 32 gb memory stick caus... morei use 16gb card and its working veryy fast have used almost 13gb out of 16gb
but not sure about 32gb
as its written only upto 16gb
and 16gb and +1gb internal memory so 17gb is enough for me :D

But compared to a few years back phones are getting bigger thats for sure.
Regarding the battery, its not about how you use it but about the right apps which is needed and a few settings which will easily make the battery last long so I agree with you on that point.
Whoever doesn't know about the right apps, I'll explain the logical steps.
The apps that I use is advance task klr and some people are also using juice defender.
Turn off your mms data connection when not needed.

can anyone here help me, why i wanna unistall application but it pop out with has unexpectedly stopped and force to close
