got my x10 yesterday. it had a faulty speaker :(
will get my replacement today tho and im super excited! from what i saw, its a great phone. a worthy replacement for my hd2.

Zed, 20 May 2010The X10 is the best looking phone on the market today. It a... moreyeah i'll go for X10 any way but not bcoz i'm a se fan, it's bcoz i dont like to hold an ugly phone in my hand. specs of wave are really good, but the design is not good at all! i also dont like samsung interface!
i prefer a full featured 8mp camera phone and a bigger screen for my MOBILE PHONE not for my notebook! and i prefer android coz no body knows much about bada os yet!
and after the os update of x10, it'll show 16m color and it'll be capable of recording HD video and flash support will be included!
in my opinion, wave is not comparable with X10.
keep your advice for yourself:P

The X10 is the best looking phone on the market today. It appears everybody agrees with that. However thats all that is special.
If you want a screen so big; why not buy a 7 inch netbook for under US$200. Plus all the current X10 bugs and faults which are too many to list here.e.g. terrible battery life.
The X10 sells for between US$600 and $800. Extremely overpriced for a Chinese made & designed mobile phone.
The Samsung Wave S8500 will be released in 8 days and TOTALLY kills the X10.
Wave has Super amaloid screen, 16 m screen resoultion; Multi Touch; bluetooth 3.0, full flash support; full Java support; 720p video and playing, LED video lighting; 89 million triangles per second graphics chip, Samsung hummingbird processor which is faster than the snapdragon; WiFi BGN; reasonable price; Bada open source OS;] etc etc. Again too many advantages over the X10 to list here.
Only SE fans would buy this overpriced X10; which of course is their choice; but for others who aren;t blind or biased; definately go for the better; high end SAMSUNG WAVE.
You won;t regret buying the Samsung Wave and all the X10 owners will be envious.

The only problem is that the program is buggy and it crushes and lags a lot :(
but still better than not able to comment at all.
How are you my friend how is life? Did you read about the N8 today!! Man Nokia seems working hard on this camera phone and it will be the best.
