I am still having problems charging my battery :(..... it never charges to 100% it usually stops at 98 and 95 and now its stopping at 90% i dunno wats wrong and y it does that, i have to plug it in and out several times then it starts to continue charging, this is very annoying. But appart from that the phone is gr8.

Desire have multi-touch&android 2.1 over x10
is multi-touch very important?i think not
and X10 will update to 2.1 in eary q4 so i think beside design x10 have better features also
desire camera is not good even in 5 MP range
desire take 15fps videos(with such a powerful cpu)!

in my opinion the design of x10 is wonderful
all people know that SE is advance in design!
even SE haters when saw x10 for the first time in gsmarena said wow!

I was thinking about buying this, but the more I read about the Nokia N8 the more I think I will feel like I should wait until it comes out..it is a very capable device. Think before you spent so much on a phone

[deleted post]if u text and talk alot, i recommend u go for the qwerty phones like the blackberry or the nokia e series, they have good keyboards for u to text easily and have excellent battery life, hope this can help u

Sony Ericsson has released a minor update for the X10. The update is called R1FB001 and updates your phone to baseband version 1.0.21. So far the update is still only available for people running Nordic and American firmware, and that might not even be enough if your phone is branded to your carrier.
Luckily for me, my phone wasn’t branded in any way when I bought it – so I went right ahead and updated using the Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS). Updating went smooth and is definitely worth the 5 minutes of work.
I’m mostly impressed by the improvements in performance. In applications like Timescape and Mediascape the scrolling is much more smooth, and Timescape loads almost instantly after pressing the widget on my home-screen (used to wait a couple of seconds for this to load).
Head over to SEUS to get the latest update for your X10.
NOTE: Even though this is just an update, and it shouldn’t delete any of your data, we highly recommend that you backup your contacts and other important files before updating – just in case :-) Files on the microSD-card are safe.
Now we can sit back and wait for the battery update which should be out by the end of this month.
