Anyone knows a good application that would reduce the problem

Help NEeded, 10 May 2010I am thinking to buy xperia10 or iphone 3gs..can give some ... moreNow i absolutely hate Apple and iphone but here, I'll be objective as much i can.
Iphone has a tad more sensitive screen, more accurate while typing, fluid transitions of the UI, and some clever simple solutions throughout the whole menu. With great multi touch abilities. Also you have more inbuilt memory. Finally, there are more apps on appstore than on android currently, but that really doesn't mean much when there's tens of thousands on both stores. What's important here- android for XPERIA has much more completely FREE apps.
Now lets see XPERIA - BIGGER screen with 4 times more pixels which makes the picture perfectly sharp and FAR better and impressive than iphone's.
Camera- 8 mp of excellent quality with multiple face recognition and all the extra features you can ask from a phone. Also equipped with flash which iphone doesn't have at all.
Processor is 1ghz, while apple has 0.6 ghz. That makes the xperia faster and more capable with dealing apps and games as well as running multiple tasks at the same time which iphone sucks at.
Menu customisation and flexibility is by far better on xperia.
Then you have Time scape and media scape interfaces for all the media and social networking intuitively packed together.
Also xperia have removable memory card and battery, usable bluetooth and also, better pair of headsets shipped with it. And there's a standard 3.5 mm jack.
Currently there are some issues with the battery and text input, but there are updates that will fix that and dont forget it'll be upgraded to all the future android versions to come. It will even get the HD recording capability later. Finally, with XPERIA you get amazing design and solid build.
XPERIA is a gorgeous monster compared to iphone.

The battery life isn't great on any smartphone but any apps which are constantly on will drain the battery dry. Switch off bluetooth, WI-FI, GPS or any apps when you're not using them and it'll extend the life (slightly...)

I suddenly found out that my battery depletes 60% during the night without anything, anyone knows what might be causing this?? i have heard from a friend who has HTC magic that it stays connected to the internet all the time. is that true with the x10???

its a matter of choice. I really dont care if it is amoled or not, as long as it got a good interface.
In terms of screen, i prefer x10 over the desire. And in terms of UI, i also prefer x10 over desire since x10 looks cleaner.
Multitouch is the only thing why Desire is better. 2.1 over 1.6 is not really a problem since SE already customize x10 for its shortcoming as a 1.6.
SE announced that 2.1 a long with HD Video Recording will be available at x10 on Q4 2010

Does anyone can make a comparison between the displays of X10 and the one with the AMOLED technology (Desire)?
I'm not decided yet between the Desire and X10. I like better the design of X10 and the camera features net superior compared with Desire.
There are any kind of rumors about the update release date for X10 between June and December 2010. There is an official statement about this?
