i upgraded from htc magic to the x10 two days ago, it suprised me how good the htc was because it ran smoother and slicker than the x10. strange no

it'll get android 2.1 in september and then it'll show 16m color. and it'll continue to get better and better with firmware update within the lifetime!
it has a unique and pretty UI, great design and an excellent camera that is the most featured camera between mobile phohes. it has a super fast cpu, good amount ofram and huge scratch resistant touch screen!!
you're still wonderig why we like it so much?!!

Still only 64K, no 2.1 OS. This phone is launched as a failure, and it will slowly die as a failure. I don't understand how can anyone like this phone ?

Judged it after you own this phone for at least a month. Beside, "such a waste" term for this phone really, really is, individual.

the feedbacks were quite positive!
of course no phone is perfect, this one has some lacks too! but you're comparing today's announced phones with x10 that released two month ago! and it's not fair, is it?!!

Also, can someone please finally clarify the mystery regarding the front-camera?
Obviously, the white-one shows a front-camera. Some pictures of the black-one also have it, but most of them don't. So, is this a colour thing? And, if it is, then the white-one would cost more right? But, this does not make sense (to have front-camera for only one color).
Some websites say that X10 has a Front Facing Camera. But, some of then don't. GSM Arena says they don't have. But, it does not explain the camera which is clearly visible in the white ones.
Is this because this is the Rachael model, launched only in Japan, while in all other parts even the white-ones don't have a front camera?
Lastly, some post in some obscure tech-site said that the Japan model has an OLED screen? What's up with that?

I don't agree that it does not look good. In fact, it is much than the granite-slab-like iPhones or the brick-faced HTCs. It is better looking than any other phone is this category. It looks sleek, even though it is quite big and thick; has impressive edge-lines, unlike other phones which invariably are round-edged rectangles.

This phone is the best android phone after htc incredible. But i still prefer Sony Ericsson phone than HTC. Why? coz camera and music feature SE is hundred times better. meanwhile,X10 at no.5 the most selling phone of April all over the world and vivaz at no.7 (krussel data)

Mahbod, 04 May 2010what do u mean it doesnt look good, it should be like this ... moreno it's not a problem at all, firmware update will improve the performance and it'll get fixed, don't worry about it:)
