I got no problem with setting Hotmail and Gmail.

Before I bought the phone I'm considering buy HTC HD2 because has the MS office function.
I bought X10 because of the Hi speed Wifi, SMS treaded view, Hi pixel camera.
The problem is battery life (norm for this type of phone including Iphone & HD2 too), No auto flash (you need to on the flash when u need it). You can't edit MS Word / spread sheet. Poor ear speaker. But better reception than Iphone.
If you're not IT savvy personal then you need to take alot of time to explore with the phone and setting.
Overall is ok. Now the biggest issue people encounting is battery life.
It is depends on what kind of features that suit you.

ANYONE HELP ON SYNC YAHOO MAIL,
I need to sync all my Yahoo mail to my X10. My IT staff and I fail to do the setting according to Yahoo given setting.
So far we manage to do it on Hotmail & Gmail (of course it comes with the software ;-)

It is nice phone. I bought it because I need a high megapixel camera phone, high speed wifi, manage my calendar, view all sms in tread view. Before X10 release I was considering buying HTC HD2. There are some features that I'm not happy of :
No auto flash (you need to on the flash when you need it) and snapping photo and storing is slow (compare to my old cybershot phone),
battery drain up fast (they said this is norm for this type of phone including Iphone and HD2),
can't sync Yahoo mail but Hotmail okay.
Poor ear speaker, which I have to press my ear to the ear speaker :-(
Unable to edit Document / Spreadsheet.
The best part are :
Fast speed, you can surf internet, download anywhere and time you want.
Sleek design.
Better reception than Iphone.
If you're not an IT savvy personal, need for normal use better I advice don't buy it, as you need to play around on the setting. This is the second week I'm using a smartphone, still has alot function I don't know how to use it.
Safety: It is hard to do texting when you are driving compare to conventional mobile phone.

I'm not sure if they do a phone in purchase, but call them and ask them anything, 626-964-6463, the only catch is you need to sign up for a new 2 line contract of 1300mins/$79.99, then if it's too much for you you can certainly downgrade your plan after 6 months. for me, I find $150.00 for X10 a pretty good deal though it was release not too long ago. That's why I'm tryin to get others opinion, and you counted as positive, thanks.

Very crude device - only blue theme, you have to manually set the flash each time you want to take a picture, the sms is dire, with no space to write anything, and hopeless linking to contacts.

he/she says: I saw a video on Youtube a couple of weeks ago and on it a guy did a demonstration on the X10 and he had a completely different theme than it has as default. The settings menu and everything was black with different colored boxes in the background. It looked very very slick!

hey guys, what do you think about getting this phone for only $150usd, but have to fall in to t-mobile 2-year, family plan $79.99/month, but can be able to downgrade the plan after 6 consecutive months? good deal or not?

I have had the X10 for a week now, very easy to use, love the large 4"touch screen. just a great phone. nuff said. any one thinking about a new phone go for this one.

oh man at first i thought it was not gonna be available to use with tmobile 3g and it does, then i thought it was not gonna have multitouch and it will, i really love this phone i want it now that it has everything i want i lost my job and have no money to buy one :`( im gonna try to sell my touch 3g in ebay and my nokia n96 to see if i can buy this phone.
