I have been using many cell phones, but this one's the most horrible one in terms of battery life. SE should improve battery life. There is no categorisation of applications. Head to scroll through and find the required icon!!

Don't you guys find the fonts on the screen a little blurry and hard to read unless you zoom in? Or is it only me. I mean the device is really great, fast and smooth.
But the screen is not that good, it gave me a headache after playing with the device for several hours :(

I just updated my phone yesterday to 2.1 live wallpaper is so nice but I dont use it cause my phone keeps on freezing up when I'm activating it. Different links in settings on Android 2.1 are more organized but the icon graphics is better on 1.6. I havent tried bluetooth yet cause I'm still using the bluetooth file transfer application. There are advantages and disadvantages but on my own experience 1.6 is better..
Is there anyone who knows how to downgrade back to Android 1.6?..

I just bought this phone about days ago. I'm having issue with using the bluetooth, it can be paired with my other SE phone but it won't connect hence i can't transfer files. I can't also browse through wifi connection because it says that the android settings is not compatible or whatever that is. I'm afraid it will be the same problem even when I use HSDPA/HSUPA by my service provider. ANY ADVICE?

killua, 24 Nov 2010hi dude, how did u upgrade ur mobile from android 1.6 to 2.1?You download the pc companion software from se and connect the phone following the instruction. Then there is an big tab on the companion that has to do with support and upgrade. You follow the on screen instructions and you are ready. I tried upgrading directly from the phone through wi-fi but it could find no update. The pc companion did.

Hi I am interested in getting one of these phone but my main concern is how to transfer music from my computer to the device... Do i have to install the software or can I just plug it in and pull transfer across.... Can someone who has this phone shed some light... Thank you in advance....

i did see some comments about battery performance. Depending on your needs (if suitable), you can do the following :
1. Stop background data (under accounts and sync)
2. Stop GPS / GPRS/wifi (if not required, can be turned on when required).
3. Make the display to something around 20-30%.
You will see a drastic improvement in battery performance. Mine goes with normal calling and sometime ondemand GPRS/wifi to around 48 hrs.

The phone is nice, but the screen is not scratch resistant :)). I updated the phone to 2.1 last night, long wait since the 1st of november, and untill now it's worth it.

Stop complaining,, i think people who want to use x10 pro is for messaging and connecting to fb,, if u want to use for web browsing,, u are stupid,, because,, just use laptop or netbook to browse internet,, its just for online messaging,,
