OK,I bought this phone 3 weeks ago, and at first I thought it was great, but then it all started, first the bottom of the screen stopped working, then battery started to not last a day even without 3G or wifi or bluetooth on or any music played or anything, now it just freezes alot and refuses to load airtime, I took it to sony and they cant find anything wrong with it and my cousins mini pro does the same thing.... Your case might be different but Im not impressed!!!!!!

hey frnd can any one tell me how to use wifi on this phone , where to add proxy adress and port no. , ?? I was using nokia 5800xm before this one and using wifi was quite simple , I can access an open wifi network but not my college wifi network thats secured by proxy address and port no , I know all this codes but where to add these code ... pls help,thanks in advance

knana, 17 Oct 2010dear aseem. thanks to you i have down loaded the blutooth ... moreDude rooting means getting super user access of your android phone....if you have little knowledge about linux then you will surely understand this term....and if you really wanna root your phone then follow xda-developers rooting procedure....and be careful as if you will make any mistake you will end up bricking your phone....

Sound is good even at fu... moreYES there turned out be a manufacturing defect in my brand new xperia min pro.
Wonder how such a thing happen.
Had 3 major issues with the phone, Battery was dying within 5 hours, the back cover was loosely fitting and an annoying cich sound every time a key is pressed and the icing over the cake was the speaker.
Its been 1 week since i submitted to the service center asking for a replacement. No news of it yet.
First they said the speaker sounding so pathetic was because of the software installed.
So the re-installed the OS same 1.6
No luck now they are wondering what to tell me and push me off without giving a replacement.
Anyone know of the direct customer care head email add. for India

the screen is not fully scratch resistant. i haven't dropped my phone, i don't have long nails and i only use the skin of my thumb to txt, dial numbers and browse via wifi.. but still i see scratches on the phone's screen surface unlike the iphone.. so the scratch resistant surface on the phone's details section must be false..

thanks to you i have down loaded the blutooth file transfer and it worked but then gave me a massage saying that i only can send to android phones becouse i dont have the ( roots ) i didnot understand what roots means and from where i can get this roots to send and receive from all .
as i didnot find a place to down load themes and games ..

Have anyone had a problem with using skype trought nimbuzz or any other app? I ve downoalded nimbuzz and it seems 2 b working all right just it is very quiet for some reason I cant find out how to make it louder can anyone help? Thamks a milion

For battery life, I would say its a personal choice.
If you use 3G, GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth all the time then it will definitely drain your battery. This is true with every smartphone out there. Add the fact that this phone is also a touchscreen and using an android OS also drains even more of the battery.
Also the physical battery itself has only around 900mAH capacity I guess thats the only capacity they could fit for this small phone.
I think its more of an issue with battery technology. For the given space, there's a limit to the amount of power that can be stored. I only hope a battery with a bigger capacity becomes available.

Back-cover is tight along the metal-like styling around the phone. Actually its sometimes so tight that is becomes very hard to remove.
