got this phone yesterday, good phone with good value for money.. but i cant get internet settings for this handset here in india , i tried on bsnl,docomo,and airtel ,but all said "cant recognised your mobile model"
they told me some manual settings but that settings are for w series mobiles. please help me , how to use internet through wifi, and if any one using it in punjab pls tell me which service peovider is providing settings for this handset ,and also tell me how to set manual settings on this handset pls

just purchased this phone yesterday and its working awesome till now. awesome camera and fast internet but battery backup is low and no zoom in camera
Overall I m happy with my mini pro

Hi,guys I am using this phone last one month and it has a good camera with autoo flash and pan and zoom,it has a good and fast internet with online timescape feature,so I think its a very good phone in this range.

I pity most of the people here. Am I the only one who get 4-5 days on heavy use? By heavy use I mean constant txting and 30 minutes to an hour calls. 1 hour bluetooth hands free connection to my car, highest volume. Wifi every once in a while for 30 minutes.
You want proof? Go to xda, search there, I have a screenshot of my phone surpassing 6 days.

I couldn't agree more :) Xperia x10 mini pro consume a lot of battery and its a small device. Hello people?! there's no such thing as a perfect phone. I'm happy with my mini pro :)

I think people are forgetting that it's a phone. A feature-rich phone, but still a phone. Not even ipods or netbooks can last 2 days unplugged while playing videos, games, or surfing almost nonstop. Get real, folks.
Hint: there are applications that help prolong battery life and transfer files using bluetooth. Search for it in the market.

I've been using Sony Ericsson XPERIA mini pro almost a week now and it has been amazing. I downloaded lots of application for it like BLUETOOTH FILE TRANSFER so that you can easily transfer and receive files via Bluetooth, MixZing music player, Handcent SMS is soo cute you guys should try it:) The battery is not my problem cause its a small device. I charge it once in a while but I don't mind at all. Mine can only last a day(24 hours). I Love my new mini pro :)Its worth to buy ! :) swear ! :D

people who keep complaining about the battery life should think and use more common sense, of course its not going to be as long lasting as any of the other phones because its a small device.. small device small battery, dont expect a small battery to have such high voltage and current, plus the phone itself is packed with many features for its size, so of course it will eat up a fair bit of the battery life... all this is common sense
