hai friends...plz help me...i bought dis fone in july dis year...d prblm is whenevr i try to upgrade it says connection failed...try again later...! so someone plz tel me hw to solve dis prblm? P.s if i dnt keep a backup of m fone, b4 upgrading... will d pics n videos tht were in d fone itself will b lost too ? ? Plz help ! ? : (

I told you guys it's not impossible to upgrade it to froyo or gingerbread, sony may not announce it but of course u guys can try it yurselves, if manualy u may be able to upgrade it by yurself through blogs or wapsites they will teach u step by step how to upgrade it. but beware you are responsible for your doings... or u can jst let proffessional to upgrde itt,but side affect may occur . I myself don wnt to upgrde itt byond donut ,cos Im not intrstd wth gingerbred nor froyo .

all ov us are very sad for not having zooming option in our mbl. but we can install other andriod camera application. so there is no problem for us

im using this phone and i've got to say it's pretty awesome. but the problem is when i'm using the camera, i can't zoom it in. it's really hard to capture something that's far from you.

the best tiny handset.....i am using android 2.3.7 gingerbread...on it ,and its working smoothly......just miss the frontcam for skype video chating......

look here people i dont have this phone but learnt much bout it r u people duim or something this phone phne in fact every phone has like zoooming o my word u people that say that theres no zoooming there is u guyz r too lazy to just read the manual u just have to put your thumb and ur pointing finger on the screen for a while then spread them from each other man u guyz r so selfish its just a phone think read the manual maaaaaaaan! i stil want this phone by the way lol

as i sed i still want this phone but i think u guyz r expecteing too much from this phone all u have to do is read the manual cum om ppl dont be lazy wen Get the phone READ THE FRIKEN MANUAL i agree wth all the other ppl that are saying thgs about about battery life to solve that dim the brightness of the phone any way im sitl gona get this phone

if ur phone is working slow u must restore the factory setting but u shud backup first nd abt the phone its awsome and the graphics are too good as it has high pixel colour

I think this phone is absolutely amazing! I hve ths phone n it is fantastic, yes I knw the baterry drains out quickly,but heyy can we realy expect a mini sized smrtphne to last like nokia n900??and I think u guys are asking too much frm a mini phone... jst thnk can we ask a child to lift a sofa?no rite.... so same goes for this litle phone... another thing....
many people complains that the android cannot be upgrade to android froyo or gingerbread... but I can see some people manage to upgrade it to froyo n even gingerbread,so it is not imposible to upgrade it frm eclair to froyo or gingerbread.... even sony themselves said that there may be chance to upgrade it to froyo or gingerbread ,sony probly stil workin on to upgrde itt... or probly x10 mini pro can be upgrde frm the begining but se don wnt to upgrde itt themselves as they are busy wth latest model like xperia arc.... about the zooming problm idk the solution...n I read that this phone lacks pic edit too,but still ths phone is still amazing.. trulyy

hey guys Ive got my x10 mini in march this year. and now its very slow. it takes a few seconds to open apps, the screen goes black. I know I probably should be updating the software but I tried twice and the updates stops half way and says updating failed. what do I do? its really annoting to use this phone when it freezes all the time

i want this phone and i believe that the battery life is poor but u just have to dim the brightness of the phone then the batery life will last more than usual my friend has phone and it is a beautiful stylish smart phone im acually impressed with sony ericsson the phone is better than the blackberry curve8520 if u dont believe me google it i love the sony ericsson xperia x10 mini pro i love this phone im only 13 years old and my dad is gonna buy it for me its a wonderful phone i love it proud of this!

vijay, 11 Dec 2011this is very nice phone but it has a problem with camara,it... moreeven if u can zoom .. most camera phones only have digital zoom which means only a part of the image shows up and the clarity goes down .. its like ur cropping the photo .. the high cameras (like dslr's etc ) have optical zoom which means the picture quality doesnt go down but u need big lenses .. its best to click a pic of whatever u want and then crop it urself later .. i have been using this phone for over a year .. massive thumbs up to sony ericcson .. keep up the good work peeps
