But the cost is double of x8/10mini/10mini pro. And its much bigger in size. X10mini pro comes with a hardware qwerty key pad which is unnecessary. You already have a virtual key pad.
So I suggest you go for X8. I am using it from last 2 months. Its an amazing phone. Display size falls between x10 & x10mini.

It is a great phone. Just got it yesterday.
It is surely worth it. This is Christmas so got
it in 13500 /-. It's very very fast; just takes a little time to understand Android. It is worth every penny.
All I can say is More you use it; the more you fall in Love with it...

If you are new to smartphones and especially android os system then it will require some patience for you to understand it. By the way I am from Meerut and I have used my friends mini for quite sometime. Its very east and sound is also good

The latest android upgrade still keeps it lagging behind, and much worse, SE have done a very bad job in properly testing this version. It has a very annoying language bar that keeps popping up, blocking 1/5th of the screen whenever you type (so you cant access bottom of eg a web page easily), and it is ridden of connectivity issues that affect almost all connected apps:market, gmail app, navigation, maps, etc. Can browse, however.
all in all its a nice phone but i have not been able to use it the way i wanted and have been searching for solutions effortlessly.
keep this in mind when buying it-the product is immature.

To azoreanse-
X 10 mini pro is lot better than N97 because of the difference of os. Then you also mentioned you need to be online for quite sometime. That means more battery usage and mini and mini pro don't have a good back up. They won't last for a day if you will be using internet for a long time. Then you also mentioned x10 but dude its very costly and is about 500 usd or 25500 rupees. Now you decide if you can compromise on battery then you can go for anyone from mini or mini pro. If you can afford x10 then go for it as its the best among all these. If you text a lot then mini pro is best for you and you can also carry extra battery

I need help with one thing I have the option to get... moreId say go 4 the sony xperia mini, ts small ts loud and u hve the option of swapn between the sliding keypad n touch screen.The features alone speak for them selves. A few frens have the nokia N97 n it freezes alot and u get interupted alot esp if u a fb n mxt fan.

I guys! I need help with one thing I have the option to get the n97, pre-owned or a Sony Ericsson X10 or X10 mini pro new and I am thinking on which one should be better. I don't like the huge size of the n97 and find it too big but the SE X10 mini pro might be too small... and nokia has better battery life.
Need it to have good talk time, easy to carry, will text a lot and need to update facebook with it.
What do you think?
