Is this phone based on HSDPA or WCDMA
I ask this question because Airtel India and Vodafone India Website shows it's a WCDMA based phone when I check for 3G Compatibility

nasty touch screen messenger in hand....
looks: the phone is good looking on indeed. i was expecting a thick brick when i heard that my friend actually bought it. The first look i have to say it is a good looking phone...although a little plastiky...glossy front panel complimented with the silver key are a real beauty.The phone is handy and small that snugly fits in ones hand. The back panel gives a rubbery feel to it.The phone was thick but not like a brick..just optimally thick for a phone with a full slide out keyboard. The front is mainly occupied by the 2.55" screen and the silver keys on a black plastic background which adds to the beauty of it. The back panel has rubbery , non glossy feel to it with the 5megapixel camera, auto focus camera and flash.
Usability: Well the screen is not very sharp or vibrant but is just enough for the 2.55" screen. The phone had android 2.1(eclairs) in it.The customm interface is not something great to boast on. Although its very intuitive it lacks some zing that you find in other handsets with custom interface. The main part is the multiple homescreen. then there are 4 custom options on the corner of the screen which is quiet handy. Another good part of the os is the timescape..it although integerates the facebook and various social networking sites with the contacts and messages it remains a seperate widget and needs to be opened and the worse part is only one widget can be placed in one screen so you end up having time scape in the second screen on a ,minimum basis.
screen: the screen is touch screen which is very sensitive..nothing new for a capacitive touch screen.
although just qvga it offers pretty good color saturation and looks but not very crisp..
speed: The phone is very responsive and is fast enough to eclair to run. it runs very smoothly and the capacitive touch screen adds to the charm.
keyboard:really good qwerty keypad. its really convex and round and well spaced. Its very comfortable to type, but shift key is a little to the lower left side and its a pain when typing fast....
overall a good messaging phone but the price of 16k although not very steep is a little off for a lotta people...

hi there some basic help 4 minipro newbies.update 2 android 2.1 with disc or go online 2 s/ericsson website,
then bluetooth works fast & properly,go 2 android market & download tons of free wallpaper sites,2 bluetooth walls select pic from album,select envelope top left of screen then bluetooth menu comes up.to send music tracks by bluetooth,from homescreen select the music icon,then music file top left,with thumb press & hold music track ,a little sub menu appears which says send or delete, press send then bluetooth menu comes up.remember u can d/load all the free wallpaper & games u need from the market as long as u are connected by wi-fi. so happy surfing its brill phone!
