The battery doesn't last long, lasts for just 5-6 hours. You can't save the apps in memory card and the phone memory is limited. The moment you start using extra apps, the phone stops working. Sony ericsson should really come up with better features or conversion of android 2.2 to 2.3

I try many times to upgrade my x8 but still fail. on the point step update after prepare phone for update I can't completed it "press and hold the back key when connect USB with phone" Why?

overall good android phone battery backup not so good .
needs android 2.2 or higher bcoz internal memory is only 128 n we cnt move apps to mem card.

hi friends, i recently brought the x8 and i am facing the problem of installing the applications directly to the memory card. all the applications i download from the market are installed in the fn internal memory eating it up, thereby limiting the number of applications i can download or decreases the fn speed. please help. eagerly waiting for the reply.

Go to Settings - Language & Keyboard - Enable Chinese keyboard. Tap Chinese keyboard settings - select English Input Method and select Quick text for T9. Enable Swipe to switch layout settings so you can switch between alpha numeric and qwerty layout when typing.
When typing longpress the text editor box - tap input method - select Chinese keyboard. Alpha numeric layout then appears. Note: only letters appear in "alpha numerical" order, not with number keys.

Well, im kinda cofused since the store im planning to buy ths uni old me that is sill version 1.6.. . So was that version 2.1 are already out in the market? or shall i consider a special order for a higher version??
And one more, the samsung Arc and galaxy mini got a problem of having a poor battery. is this goes with the X8 as well? does the battery performance good or not? that would be all. . Thanks! (-.-)
