for some reason im not able to access thru wifi connection!!! dont know if i press any button or what. even if my phone showing wifi connected and when i try to browse the web im getting message that theres no internet connection. help please, what should i check on my settings???,

Even though the X8 may have an outdated Android hope is not lost there's actually quite a few decent ROMS that can open up the potential of this phone if you guys do your research at XDA Developers. In stock form the phone isn't not that impressive add swype and rooting along with ROMS and you've got a very decent midrange phone.

Look, I am using x8 and it has a decent video clarity and sound is below average. The word "BASS" doesn't exist in this phone. Its battery back for a texting machine is max 1 day. And the very fact that it runs on Android increases the phone's merit. It is slightly priced high for its specifications, but the phone is hot to look at and is easy to handle. If u want to compromise with the sound clarity and u need a decent android phone with good looks and excellent touch interface, i would suggest to to go for this set. Thank u!

google for floyo.20 (2.2.1), its quite a rom for x8 faster than stock rom, and for those who find it difficult to text google for swype, believe me you'll love swype

google for apps2sd implementation, I have about 300MB worth of apps installed and my free memory is still around 111mb haha, anyways currently there are two very stable roms available one is the minicim and the other is floyo both are 2.2 by the way

How do I move application aftr download is saved from internal memory to external memory?
as in all smart phones the application stored in external memory but in x8 it is stored in internal memory can th os be upgrded for this

naval, 05 May 2011i want 2 by this hs.. can any 1 tell abt battery back up.. ... morehey! i bought this cel a week back,, batery backup is good , but not as long life as nokia ,,,, but its worth buyin this cell. though the android usage is a bit difcult to understand u l enjoy it,, my battery comes to 65 percent at the end of the day with general usage when i charge it completely in the mrn,,,,,
