i got a smart locker without its key. Friends plz help me out. Bought x8 yesterday. I m using bsnl,south zone sim. I couldn't set my gprs data account. Called up bsnl coustomer care,but they dont know about that. Pls let me know about internet settings for bsnl,india. Thank u very much.

Ive been Using X8 for 4months already and here is my Review
Android OS: X8 will only have 2.1 Update, and SE will still provide System Updates on X8
Battery Life: It will Last for 2 days for moderate use, and a day when heavily used
Applications: There are a lot of applications found in the Android Market you can replace the Music/Video Player, and Photo Gallery
Sounds: Very Loud and Clear same output when you plug your Headset/Earphones
Camera: It can produce decent photo in daylight, but don't expect very good quality from a 3mp without Auto focus
Build: Light, Human Curvature Design is very nice.
Screen: Display is Decent, but in direct sunlight it is much pretty unusable
Gaming: Can Handle most advanced 3D games available now, like NFS Shift, Heavy Gunner, Raging Thunder 2, Dungeon Hunter etc.
Connectivity: X8 has solid Connectivity, i never had a problem with Wifi and Bluetooth
Signal: Its Above Average, can't say more about it.
Price: $202 or Php8,500 Very Cheap for an Android Phone
If you want to make your X8 like Android 2.2 Froyo Root your Phone Using Flash Tool
>Optimize your Phone using Flash Tool(JiT: will make your X8 Faster, specially loading times but will drain your battery fast than before)
>xRecovery your Phone using Flash Tool(it will enable you to back up all your phone contents apps/widgets/settings/message/calls etc.
>Install LINK2SD, you can install your downloaded Apps to your SD Card APK + DEX Files only
>Install Titanium Back up, you can uninstall unwanted default apps to free some internal memory or back up/freeze some apps
>Install Root Explorer, you can view Phone Memory
>Install Cache Mate, cleans your Phone Cache
If You are Adventurous, you can always install some Custom Roms, CM Roms is one of the Best Roms for X8 out there, although still not complete and unstable, you can try 2.2 and 2.3 Android Versions.
I also have a preview of fresh installed Android 2.1 Eclair, a Preview of the update including Games and Apps

I hv x8 but in x8 camera is nt very good and also nt zooming option otherwise x8 is very good phone .

it can be upgrade to froyo or even gingerbread if rooted but it's not stable

Hi.
I yesterday bought XPERIA X8. First impression - awesome phone. It`s fast, handy, light... Ofcorse, it is hard to say how long will be battery life, because i`m playing with it all the time. :) But i think two days it will do. So after one day using it I will give it 8 points of 10! In my opinion it is one of the best devices in this price range!

A couple of days ago this phone received an over the air update.
Got a few extra apps. AND phone now restarts all on its own!

just purchased the phone last friday after lots of analysis and fear, but after using it just really glad that i have taken a good risk because it is a very nice phone and really good in this segment. really worth of buying it.
