hi, i need help, until now i can't update the version of my X8, still using 1.6... everytime i try to update my phone using the pc companion, on step 3, when i turned off my phone and hold the back key for few seconds, it says that there's no internet connection, but im connected to the internet. then i tried using the update service, on step 3 again, it says that the product could not be identified.. please help...
